Green LP Hotel & Apartment

Super happy with this hotel.The triple room was spacious, clean and comfortable.Hot water available, nice showers, no bad smell.Wifi was fast. Water was provided daily. Staff were very friendly and approachable and kept my bike for a day after I left.20min walk from the beach but close to a lot of other amenities, restaurants, bars.Decent pool tables and the pool was ok, but a little small.

The pool could use some sun beds instead of lounge chairs.

The rooms are a fantastic size and we had a little balcony. They are very clean and modern. The hotel is very clean and modern. The English of the Staff was not great but we were able to work around that pool area was gorgeous. Location was great for expats.

No towels for the pool has to use the ones in the room but was not able to get another one. Breakfast area and breakfast could have been better no option if you haven’t pre-booked it and what they did have was very limited maybe because of the amount of guests they had at the time.

Clean and good service.

Breakfast is not as advertised on the pictures or google review. Get breakfast outside do not pay for breakfast.

The room was clean and large, in a central area, near to restaurants, cafes and bars.

I had stayed there previously, and upgraded to a deluxe room. However, they wanted 3 nights payment in advance, so I asked to see the room first (a good idea).The room I was shown was only half the size of previously, and was at the front on the street, with a balcony too small to use. This was a standard room. Eventually, after much discussion, I was given my original large room. As the Hotel was almost empty, I question why any Hotel would argue, as I paid for a deluxe room.

Breakfast wasn’t pleasant. When I asked the boiling water, the lady gave me the tap water. I had stomachache after drinking coffee.

Roosters crow since 3 am so we couldn’t sleep.

The room was modern. Pool was nice.

The buffet breakfast was not available, just a small selection to order from, all I had was bacon and sausage which I did not eat as it was less than luke warm. There were cockerels right by the hotel which were shouting for hours in the night.

Very noisy roosters that start soon after 3am, but ear plugs solved that problem

Nice, clean and modern rooms with decent internet connection and fridge. Also, the staff were very helpful and friendly.

If you like roosters, then the hotel is fine,but as I don't like being disturbed by their crowing at 04.30am, that's the thing I disliked at the hotel. These birds should be on a farm not at the back of a hotel!

Very good hotel and great rooms and good location. The staff is very friendly, ready to help. The hotel itself is very nice and clean. Beautiful pool. It is possible to play billiards. The rooms themselves are large and clean, ideal for a family of 4.

In the room 3 pillows for sleeping of 4 people. Breakfast was disappointing: 1. A family of 4 people were brought 3 cakes; 2. The order was from the menu, and not the format of a mini buffet (it took 10 minutes to order); 3. The food was tasteless, juices and coffee were terrible.

The room was hot at night. The aircon seems to be set at a fixed temp. The sounds from the wall are almost unbearable when I was sleeping at night. My reservation comes with a breakfast, but the hotel staff didn't give me one.

The room was cozy and spacious for 2 people, with clean kitchen, sofa and nice view balcony. The staff was hospitable and helpful. My friend used laundry services here was satisfied with it.

It was just uncomfortable when the electricity problems occurred for nearly a morning.

A very comfortable, well laid out, and clean room. Power shower. Great pool. Well located for several excellent bars and eateries.

Breakfast was a bit basic and somewhat disorganised, but it was very affordable and of decent quality.

Everything was excellent! Great staff. Rooms was spacius. Safe area in phan chu trinh street. Many bars and restaurants nearby. Small and cosy swimming pool area. Did not try the breakfast.

Nothing! Great overall! Laundry they will hang up for you in the wardrobe! 5 stars!??

Very clean hotel, looks to be brand new.There are several good restaurants within walking distance of the hotel.

Hotel had active construction going on all day. We were not warned about this and when requested a refund as we could no longer take the noise we were told flatly No.Breakfast was terrible, there were lots of empty plates on the display buffet. I feel we were a hindrance to staff during breakfast when we requested a juice and cooked egg. We ate out after the first day.Staff speak very little English so very hard to communicate.No towels available at the pool.

Limited breakfast you can only have a coffee or juice you could not have both only 2 toast and only fried eggs no fruits no cake no buffet staff not helpful want you to live as soon as possible from the table

Unfortunately there was not any hot water on day to and although they offer full breakfast, they were a little unorganised and not much of a variety. However over all this is an amazing little place away from the hustle and bustle. The time were great size, very clean and the staff were amazing, always trying to sort out any issues

Small room. Very small desk. Very very outlets. Very outdated building. Poor condition. Very poor lighting. Staff very reluctant to acknowledge shortcomings and but willing to rectify problems.
