Convenient location, nice decorations

We found a baby cockroach in the bathroom which my girlfriend was so freakout she hammered it with her shoe, we couldn’t take pictures ‘cause she was so frightened, maybe next time if someone found one please posted on here for evidence too. Receptionists are always rude, unprofessional responses and unfriendly. We stayed at KM many times and almost every single times we have issues with receptionists, we read so many reviews on google and Booking.com regarding rude receptionists long time ago and this issue kept on happening, don’t the hotel manager or owner know?

It was a nice, clean, modern looking front beach hotel, which I'm so glad that I booked, because I enjoyed its convenience location to all the highlighted tourist sites to visit. Definitely recommend and will be back in my future visit to Vietnam

The hotel is located in a central part of Vung Tau with easy access to buses or walking to just about everything you need on a holiday. The room was large and clean, and the bed was very comfortable, especially for Vietnam where sometimes the beds can be quite firm, this bed was just lovely. Overall it was a comfortable stay. I also hired a scooter to explore the area and found it easy to park the scooter securely in the underground car park.

The only downfall to the hotel & unfortunately for them they can not fix the issue, is the local buses go past the hotel every day starting early in the morning. When the buses put their indicators on to turn at the lights it sounds like a car alarm. This noise woke me up every morning. I stayed in a balcony room, however next time I will ask to stay in a back room away from the road noise.

The room was quite, clean and with the curtains it was dark when closed the best sleep I had so far

Nice boutique hotel to stay!Located on 22 BaCu, VungTau, Kim Minh near the Front Beach ⛱️ , just about 5 minutes walk.Coffee shop, grocery store and restaurants around..., about 10 minutes walking or book a grap in 5 minutes. No breakfast or spa here. Nice outdoor swimming pool. Staff was helpful, room clean with comfort bed.many beautiful paintings ?..we love this.We appreciate for all??????

Location and room

Reception staff do with some training in manners and courtesy.

The room is clean and is sound proof. staff are nice and helpful. The hotel is really near to the beach, just a short walk from the hotel. The street around the hotel is also really nice with many restaurants and tourist attractions nearby.

- The toilet door is not sound proof- Parking on either side of the street depending on it is odd or even day. I think the staff should inform the guest about during check in. I narrowly escaped a fine just an hour before the police going on patrol.

The hotel in my opinion was 1st class. The pool was both indoor and outdoor and was welcomed considering the temperatures here. The location was excellent. The staff were on the ball.

How inexpensive it is and good quality.

How they keep the lobby hot. And turn the AC off in your room when you’re not there. And they refuse to give you two room keys.

Reception staff was nice on the first and last day but staff in the afternoon did not speak English (lo mush so that did not understand our question of whether there was breakfast). We asked for an upgrade because the standard room which we had booked did not have a window. The room we got on the 3rd floor did have a balcony. Location is good, a cafe on the corner and close to front beach. They kindly booked a taxi for us.

Our balcony ("mountain view") was facing close and quite derelict buildings. Beds could have been more comfortable. No breakfast was served. Strong smell of smoking on selected occasions, perhaps from neighbouring rooms?

Clean and spacious. I got a free upgrade to a suite Plaice had a nice feel and the staff were excellent.

worst I can say is that the fridge in my room was a noisy other than that it would’ve been a totally silent place at night as it is slightly away from the beachfront.

Great location near to everything you need with the beach a very easy 2 blocks away.Beautiful room exactly like pictures and everything worked!

Not front beach but otherwise good lokation.Facilities looks to be adequate and what is to be expected.Got a refund without problems.

I was given 3 different rooms, where I found cockroaches immediately in all of them.In one room there was a sunflower seed lying in plaine sight, giving the impression the room wasn't properly cleaned.The rooms had a stark smell of what could have been some kind of insecticide.This place could be a great value for money, if they could get the the cockreache problem under control.

The bed was very comfortable with great pillows. The shower was really nice and the interior had a nice design. Balcony had a good view.

It's funny seeing into the toilet room. I don't why they use a glass door, no privacy if you travel with someone. Better know your travel partner well.

Bad soundproofing

Location is great.

My mum booked 2 bookings for different time of staying. She booked a twin room for 2 people but staff gave double room without considering swapping. Also staff refused to provide key cards for an extra person in the same room for 2 People, which was really inconvenient! Staff isn’t friendly and room is smaller than in the pics they posted

Grey/black decor was awful. Some Staff were not very helpful or friendly Hallway areas to rooms were not clean and needed updating.
