- Room is very big and cleanStaff is very nice
- It is surprisingly good. Honestly I expected way less for that price. The room was big, clean and looked nice. We had a balcony with a lake view (well it's more like a pond covered with vegetation, but that's okay). It's like 300 m away from the sea, 100 m away from a very nice restaurant. Definitely my choice next time I come to Vung Tau.

Cons -
- Nothing like the pictures on booking.com, no facilities, None of the staff spoke English, so this hotel is only catering for vietnamese people. Apart from meeting some very helpful locals outside, I would have been lost.
- The last floor is crazy, i changed my room 2/3 times, one room is noises from the roof, they was problem with water so all the night it was impossible to sleep.After that i changed the room only after 9:00 am. After that they changed me room but it was noises from the all the air conditioners from all the floors .You cant close the window cause its old window, so one more night no sleep.
- Dirty, still have hair and dust on the floor and toiletPoor soundproof

The hotel is good, around and inside looks nice, very beautiful pics on the walls, very clean and good smell all the hotel.
