Nice and newly built property, with many good things about it.1. Kids friendly - have kids activity from 4 pm to 6 pm near pool side, dedicated pool for the kids. have separate play room and also there is movie for the kids.2. Good and supportive staff.3. There are unlimited drinks and fruits at reception area where you can have it during check-in and also during your stay.4. There is dedicated water station on each floor, where you can refill your water bottles, this is really good thing in terms of sustainability and also i didn't saw this in many resorts in Vietnam.. very good initiative.5. Angasana Spa is good and relaxing,

Below are the areas of improvements.1. Limited options for Vegetarian food in the menu, although the staff is supportive to give something vegetarian food.2. Pizza availability is from 11 AM to 5:30 PM which i found little bit weird as restaurant pizza should be available at all times, but still they did make it one for us on request.3. Zephyr bar is closed for renovation, so there is no dedicated bar for drinks, there is one nearby pool area but the quality of drinks is not good.4. if you are travelling with kids, make sure you carry your own cutlery and utensils, as i found it little bit weird that hotel told us that cutlery and utensils if you need it then its chargeable, i didn't found it anywhere else in Vietnam, all the resorts do provide it but here they are charging it.5. response time from reception is little bit slow if you call it from your room..6. After having the extra bed in our living room the rooms become very cosy as there is hardly any space in living room.

the breakfast is excellent with a variety of local foods to western options. the room is outstanding, beautifully designed and staff service is exceptionally helpful and friendly, making the stay more enjoyable

The staff were exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble. The effort put into making sure we were at the right place in Hanoi at the right time to catch the shuttle bus was a standout. Plus the return journey. The life guards around the pool, the reception area staff and the restaurant staff were extremely helpful. These people really care. The pool is amazing. The food in the restaurant is excellent with plenty of variety. This would be an excellent place to vacation with kids. They are very well catered for from Archery to motorised pool scooters and a kids club on site. A big red rabbit even greets the incoming bus.

Ho Tram is a resort destination. There isn't much else there. If you want to laze around the pool all day and relax in one place its excellent. The only things in the area to see are other resorts. Even The Hamptons Plaza and Pier 2 kilometres down the road was deserted like a ghost town. 90 % of the shops are not occupied or closed. September is supposedly a quiet time of year but the whole area was deserted. The free shuttle bus took 2.5 hours from Hanoi but 3.5 hours to return but its a lot better option than a car transfer from HCMC.

Excellent new property, cosy and comfortable. Excellent hotel staff - friendly, polite and always ready to help. We have been often proactively asked if any help is needed. Hotel team is an excellent asset of this company. We are really appreciate care and support we have been provided with during our stay. Language was a problem sometime, but people tried their best to overcome it.

Location is a bit remote.

Our family had an incredible summer experience here. From the moment we were picked up in Ho Chi Minh City by the complimentary shuttle, we were impressed by the warm and attentive service. The resort's beach, just a minute from our room, was both pristine and inviting—perfect for a relaxing swim.The culinary journey at Dhawa Ho Tram was a highlight of our stay. The breakfast and dinner buffets offered a delightful exploration of Vietnamese cuisine, giving us the energy to enjoy our days by the sea. I highly recommend the Vietnamese buffet at Nook and the seafood buffet at Azura by the seaside. My mom was especially thrilled with the fresh, delicious meals and the excellent seafood, all at a very reasonable price.Finally, a big thank you to the staff for making our stay even more enjoyable. Special thanks to Ms Lành (Jessie) for enhancing our dinner experience at Azura, and to Ms Thương and Thư for their assistance in the early morning, helping us arrange the trip to the airport on time.

Great hotel clean

No activities, no water sports, no evening activities, no bus services or information about local towns, markets and such, very little English speaking staff do we couldn’t communicate about places we wanted to visit.

New hotel , perfect sevice with whole day snack bar.My kid love this hotel alots because they have kid room to play with alots activity and small snack bar can eat and drink whole day free. My husband love this hotel because they have class teaching how to masage your head which make his long time headache get better. At second day stay, me and my kid have big broplem because we ate bad seafood at local restaurant outside hotel than got stomach running. Hotel already send doctor to help us free up charge. I just want to said this hotel have everything of a perfect hotel in my mind. I'm going stay here next time and more. Thanks alots of evething hotel team already bring to my perfect holiday.

Breakfast is amazing! So good! 10/10. The bed is so comfortable and I had a good sleep. Gym is nice too.

This is a very good hotel with great facilities and staff.

The booking website when using the map function infers the hotel is in the middle of HoTram, when in fact it is 6km out of town and the hotel doesn't have a shuttle service into town. I don't know whose fault this is but it needs to be fixed.
