Aquatel Vung Tau

I booked a family member here for a week long stay while she was visiting us in Vung Tau. It was a very good deal, excellent location close to the beach and restaurants and the staff were kind and helpful. Clean, comfortable and very professional little hotel. My daughter said it was great!

Comfortable beds and nice rooms..

The construction is a constant source of noise and dust on every floor. We had to move the room because of the dust from the plastering across the hall from us. But the sound of drilling and hammering continues all day till way after 4pm.. there is also an ant infestation which we had to solve ourselves

The location was great because it was so close to the beach and the supermarkets. The bathroom is bigger than expected.

My wife and I stayed in the 'Superior Double Room'.Room - Clean and modern, with a balcony and a decent view.Staff - Polite, courteous and helpful.Breakfast - Not available, but not a big problem.

The hotel cafe didn't open until 8 am, which is quite late (especially here in VN). We had to walk to a nearby cafe to get coffee instead.

Good location close to restaurants, bars and the beach.

A lot of noise from the street and from the hotel floor. From 6 AM on Sunday morning, family guests used the floor for loud discussions, playing with kids etc.

Water pressure in shower could be improved

Fairly new hotel and welll equipped with all the basic necessity. Good location too

Water pressure is too low and the hot water is cold. Waited 10 minutes just to let the hot water running but it's just too cold to shower.

1. The location is quite central. 2. The hotel is new and clean3. The room (despite being 3 star) provided personal toiletries and interesting soaps (usually 4 stars hotel). But the room I stayed in come in odd shape so there are spaces that are not optimally utilized. The good thing is that it comes with a balcony.

I wish the receptionist can speak better English but they are most willing to help despite the language obstacle. I wish there was a breakfast option

Bathroom toilet way to close to wall. missing body gel and shampoo, bed sheet was dirty, there's no night light, TV signal too slow.

Wonderful hotel! very new, beautiful, comfortable, smells absolutely fantastic. there is also a coffee shop on the 1st floor, coffee was great. Staff is super friendly and helpful, we had absolute blast!

Location is excellent, near the beach but on a quiet street. The hotel's cafe is very nice, with good coffee and cakes.

Crapy expensive hotel without comfort

Extremely small family room, two beds filling up entire space. One tiny window. Had to call reception to get towels. Shower mounted in the middle of bath room. No breakfast facilities.
