- The accommodation was satisfactory, but they let us down in the details. We were accommodated for 4 days, but despite the agreement, they did not come to clean the room, I asked for a refill of soap, no one did anything. The staff did not know English, except the hotel manager who communicated with us.The location of the hotel would be excellent, but the whole Back Beach was under construction, there was construction everywhere, so maybe in a year or two it will be very nice. Now we felt like we were on a construction site. And I will never get used to dirty Vietnamese beaches full of plastic.

.* No one speaks English, not even on the simplest level. I had to call a VN friend for translation.* First room had exhaust fumes coming into it from outside. Aircon's outside unit sounded like a jackhammer after 20-30 min. Turning it on and off again solved it for another 20-30 min and so on. Slept with earplugs So, next day i got a different and much better room. Good service when they eventually understod the problems.* I stayed here a few years ago and was very happy with my room back then, but now rooms are a bit worn, fittings are loose, walls are a bit tarnished, water leakage on bathroom floor. So the hotel is due for some love and overhaul i think.* Empty minibar, only had cold water.* Awkward "wardrobe doors" into the bathroom.
