Good feel for the local community, not touristy, friendly people. Room was clean. very nice rooftop view.
Far distance from a nice beach, though there are some not very nice beaches not too far away. The city centre also is a good distance away. Unfortunately the room had lots of small ants, that very quickly crawled on any food not covered up (had to be thrown out). The bathroom had a very annoying amount of mosquitos also making that a not pleasant place to spend any time in. Hard beds.
Location.
There is no hot water .And when i call the reception for fixing they told me that i should use the kettle for hot water bathing. Ridiculous! Dust on the tv remote comtrol and can't use it 'cause the battery was dead.

The hotel locates quite far away from the center of Vung Tau city which is not matched with my expectation. I felt uncomfortable with the smell and chaotic traffic in front of the hotel due to its location nearby the seafood village. I think the price is not enough worth in term of its location. The facility and room is quite new. So it's a good choice for someone who want to stay away from the hustle of tourist area and connect with the local life.

The locatin is little far from the center but the area is nice with the front view is the beach where you can buy fresh and value seafood. The staff is nice and friendly. The room is spacious and super nice with beautiful view of the ocean. Definitely come back again.

Everything was awesome! The woman at the frt desk speaks English, the views were great, rooftop was awesome for pics and sunsets. The place was very clean. The shower features were good. Directly across the street from the ferry to can gio.
Didn't have hot water at times because it's on solar panels. The shower features were good though.
It had personal washing machine and the toilet was clean and good. The bed is okay, too.
