very bad, the room was clean but the treatment was very bad. I checked in and the room's air conditioner was broken, the phone went down to the reception but no one answered, so the room was like a boiler, the air conditioner was not cold, when I went down I couldn't see the receptionist anywhere, in the morning I went down to check out and the male receptionist said it was my fault because I didn't go down to tell them to change the room, but I said I went down but no one saw me, no one answered the phone, the receptionist said the phone was broken. I was very angry so I said it was broken, how did you know if you didn't say anything, the air conditioner was broken and you blamed it on the customer for not reporting it to change the room, but when I went down there was no one, while now you blame it on the customer, is that the right way to handle it? I was angry and sat down on the chair, then a moment later he said he will report it to the manager and apologized to me , DO NOT COME to this place because it's very bad, the price is high, you guys should fix it, checked the problem again, not blamed the customer. poor quality. Male reception is bad . Really bad

If you Plan to stay in My tho which i recommend for a different Experience, this is a nice and confortable place to stay. the ac is slow but directly on the bed so is Perfect to sleep

There are 2 Song Tien do be sure in which one you have to go (one is not in booking and has a lower star level)

Clean hotel. Quite spacious room with good, solid timber furniture and more than you need. V.thick, large comfortable mattress. Sweet dreams ?, ?. Smallish but ok bathroom, shower. Large Reception open 24/7. Friendly staff, especially polite, smiling, helpful Ngan Ha with good enough English. She helped me to organise Grab motorbike, going to Ben Tre. Minibar, ok A/C, toiletries, water, coffee/tea, electric kettle, cups, glasses, wicker chair. Strong wi-fi. My room on 6th floor had nice view. All Good, including hotel's location. Pleasant walkway by the Riverside with plants and seats. Easy to find food around, good bakery, Bánh mì Ngon Nhất, just across the bridge. Short walk to My Tho Market and Vincom Plaza, small but modern shopping mall.Next time in My Tho, I'll stay here.

TV has quite a few channels but not much in English. No hairdryer.

We were visiting family in My Tho and required a one-night stay for 3 adults - we booked a twin-bedded for two adults and a double room for the third adult. The double room was perfectly adequate for a one-night stay. The twin-bedded room was also adequate, but we should have read the small print more carefully as it did not have a window. Total cost for each room was £13 a night - good value for money.We did not take up the hotel's offer of an international breakfast at their hotel annex some 250 metres away - with hindsight this was a mistake on our part. Food outlets (unless you like Pho) are very limited, with few outlets within walking distance (with the exception of the local bakery - nice pastries and doughnuts).Hotel staff were good - the receptionist spoke good English.

Not a criticism of the hotel, but the reasons why a tourist would ever want to visit My Tho completely escape us - tourist attractions are few in this regional town.

Everything was Okey. I arrived very early, but they let me leave my backpack in the reception for free. Also the next day, they let me leave it again because I was going on Mekong River trip. They are really nice and profesional. Room was Okey.

the bath tub is not big enough & not clean properly . For my opinion I prefer to have the big shower room instead of the bath tub

the breakfast was excellent. Having to walk 250 mtres or more? was no problem because the weather was very nice. The manager of the hotel could not have been more helpful. The shower was excellent. lots of hot water.

The electric sockets in the room were faulty and needed to be checked more often. The toilet did not flush properly.
