Palette Muine Bliss Hotel

Loved it here! Away from the main town but near a very nice and clean part of the beach. Pool was clean and had plenty of sun loungers. Bedroom was clean, air con worked well.

Great big room, amazing view, great Wi-Fi and ac and stocked mini bar ? awesome food, bar, pool and facilities. Tam at the front desk is amazing, kind and very helpful. Great stay ?

The hotel is located 300m up a hilly lane way. Our transport van was unable to drive up lane (16 seater vehicle) so we had to lug our luggage up

Great restaurant near by, staff friendly.

Old and run down, TV not working, pool area poor, however can use other hotel, be careful of bed head made of tiles, smashed head a few times.

it is simple the room is comfortable and clean

many of the rooms have a birds nest in the Aircondition and the staff does not clean it. Even though they know about it.

The hotel located in a narrow alley and took us around 5mins (with multiple luggage) to walk up to it. Statue of buddha inside the room also make us quite uncomfortable.

1) Location - a little farther from the very center part, with still top notch food and drink options and everything at walking distance, which i loved. The beach was just across the road entering a resort of some kind and letting yourself walk through. Walking towards the hotel on the small street, there is an amazing restaurant / grocery store, with amazing cheap Vietnamese food - I tried everything seafood (fresh) oriented and I recommend it greatly!2) I got a room with a view, and what a view it was - the last floor of the hotel had a view overlooking the sea and the palm trees. It took my breath away. Also the pool area is secluded and most of the time I spent on my own, as there were not a lot of people there (amazing!). The area was protected from wind as well :) The room, in addition was also great. They had two pillows - one soft, one harder, to suit anybody's needs.3) The service - upon arrival I was kindly greeted and everything was sorted out quickly, I was led to my room. I had a small problem with the shower head, which they fixed in no time. I felt really appreciated and welcomed there.

Remember, this didn't change my outview of a positive stay at all - the breakfast was not included, it was more expensive than some of the restaurants nearby and the music at the breakfast restaurant (that was located very near but not at the same location) was EDM first thing in the morning - tourists were a little bit startled or energized by it.. :D

Good view, the facility was better than what I had saw on the booking. Good services.

The cleaner only comes once for 2 days, so the facility is not clean. It took a long time when I wanted to take a hot bath. I had to keep the water on for nearly 15 minutes so it was warm enough for me to shower. The worse thing is that it didn't have a clothes hanger. After swimming, I had to hang my clothes in front of my room instead.

Loved our stay at Bliss. My family enjoyed the pools, we were able to chill and relax, play water polo, get a bite to eat (the dressing on the salads, incredible), our room was big, lots of space, storage, a fridge. Although it's located up a pretty big hill, there are plenty of little local cafes nearby and the walk isn't really that bad! Really enjoyed Bliss.

We didn't stay at Mui Ne Hills Villa, instead asking to move to Mui Ne Hills Bliss. When we arrived the place felt a bit empty, there were no pool loungers and the cafe was non existent (we'd booked here to stay mainly at the hotel and venture out for the odd meal, travelling with an older family member). It wasn't as advertised and it didn't suit us.

The vibe around the pool has potential if they repair / open it up properly, fairly decent music played during the day, decent shower, strong air conditioning

rats around the property, cockroaches in the room and subsequent replacement room terrible food, state of disrepair of the overall pool/ bar area

No​ free​ drinking water.​ Not​ convenient to​ reach the​ hotel​ even with​ car.​ Change​ of​ hotel​ without advance notice eventhough we​ got​ upgrade in​ ​the​ chain hotel.

big ish room

We stayed one night in the villa hotel and the bathroom was infested with flies. We asked the staff if it could be clean and it had been cleaned very half heartedly there were still a disgusting amount of flies They told us we would be moved to the Bliss hotel on our 3rd night but we asked if we could go on night 2. At around 11pm the hotels power went off completely and it did not come back on for around an hour. There was nobody at reception to deal with this and the security guard was asleep on the sofa and did not speak any english nor seemed to care that the entire hotels power was out.Upon checking out we were charged 20,000 for a soft drink from the mini bar despite the information in the room stating it was 15,000. although not a lot it is still wrong and unfair that incorrect prices are stated.I would avoid this hotel, it was a ghost town no atmosphere or people. the restaurant was also awful and overpriced.

Big problem of privacy due to the curtain can see thru the room. Cleaning issue, maintenance issue, termite in room, some rules are not make sense for example of iron clothes, minibar is empty, price list is not updated.

The view from the hotel is beautiful, you could see the ocean and kiteboarding.

The pressure of cold water is too low so that there's literally only hot water while showering, which is very unpleasant.

Nice place and friendly staff. great pool. room was nice. beatiful view. I like the place. Just be prepared that y have to shop more outside.

due less visitors the hotel runs very different. no restaurant and bar (staff was very nice and they offered to cook for us ) no water or any drinks and food in minibar we had to buy in the shop

The biggest room ever with just 13$. Nice place for pool party!
