Meraki Oasis Hotel

The place is super photo-worthy and also very convenient at the same time. For young people looking for a good accommodation, meals well served and stunning "photoshoot location", this is the one. The staffs are so so nice as well. Recommended.

Breakfast could be richer. And while the place is very clean, when food is served the flies suddenly appeared and disturbed our lunch. I hope the hotel can find some ways to fix this.

The hotel is one of the nicest in the area, truly beautiful. They make very good lunch, breakfast was nice, too.

The rooms were nice but the walls are quite thin and you could hear all the sounds. Staff was very nice but it was a bit difficult to get around in English. The hotel has a beach front but the beach is very small and not clean (as almost in the while Mui Ne).

With this instgramable accommodation, it attracts a certain crowd that I do not jive with. People were too busy taking pictures and blasting their own music and not respecting the public space. Otherwise, beautiful view of infinity pool that lines up with the ocean surrounded by palm trees.

Tourist trap

While this hotel is very pretty, it pretends to be everything that it is not. It seems as though they dont know how to run anything properly. The staff are incredibly rude, not at all welcoming upon your arrival and speak poor English. We had to ask for the most basic stuff like beach towels whilst they insisted we used our bathroom ones.They only gave us one key card which conducts all the electricity in the room which meant we couldnt charge anything during the day. The food is terrible, they only sell junk food and do not accommodate to dietary requirements. The picture attached is the fried noodles at breakfast without meat.The dining area and beach lounges are alway unclean and tables are never cleared. This is made particularly difficult as there arent many restaurants nearby. The location is at completely the wrong end of the beach, which is full of rubbish and has huge pipes in the sand making it really horrible to swim by. Its full of tourists constantly taking photos of themselves which is very invasive for everyone around them. The general atmosphere is really lacking and we would not stay here again even if it was for free.

The pool and beach are beautiful. Lovely to have beach loungers too. Breakfast selection was great. Close to all amenities.

The location is beautiful. You can see that it is recently built, all very new. The whole accomodation is designed nicely.The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was modern, the beds soft and the bathroom was good.The breakfast was good.

At the breakfast there isnt enough space for all the guests. Also there is only 1 toaster and 1 pot of coffee and tea. They can expand a little we think.

It was clean, and exactly as the pictures show. Compared to the rest ofMui Ne it was a haven, even though there was an electrical fire in ourroom (which tells you how strange Mui Ne must be..). If you can lookpast being put in danger, as I imagine most hotels in the area have badelectrical wiring anyway, you dont need to leave the hotel as they nowdo all meals. One member of staff, a young Vietnamese guy, wasparticularly helpful and sweet.

The room seemed great. However, I got in the shower and about fiveminutes in my boyfriend screamed my name and told me to get out. As Iwas sealed in the bathroom, I had no idea what he was shouting about. Ileft the bathroom and saw that right by the door and electrical fire hadstarted. I ran to get staff and said very clearly fire. Emergency. Help.And tried to get the member of staff to come immediately. She eventuallyfollowed and got a wallet talky out and walked slowly to our room. Myboyfriend had bravely / stupidly found a fire extinguisher near theroom which was for electrical fires and had begun extinguishing it. Heworks with electrical so knew what he was doing. I can only thank god hewas in the room with me whilst I showered as the fire was right by theonly exit and the curtains would have set alight and blocked my onlyexit. We have no idea how the fire started, the staff said the key cardset alight and that this had never happened before and maybe it hadnT.It was an absolutely horrible experience. The hotel did our laundry forfree as everything was covered in a foul smelling burnt dust. They movedus to another room but would not refund us. The new room had bare wirescoming out of the wall in the bathroom, but to be honest.. Mui Ne is sostrange and dire that we were happier to stay there and be scared of theelectrics than to find another hotel. The beaches were quite dirty, Ithink the hotel next door was burying its rubbish?! And the locals werequite rude, there were so many Russian tourists, which doesnt bother usbut one strange experience of a sixty-odd year old Russian man in anarmy uniform singing songs with an accordion whilst Russian touristsjoined in hugging each other freaked me out.

Looks super nice and new, like in the photos. You can go swimming at the beach of the hotel next door.

Staff only speaks rudimentary English, if any. Breakfast was ok. Rooms felt a bit claustrophobic (small and only one window, facing the common area/walkway).

Rooms are clean, the common areas are also clean and well maintained, looks as on the pictures. Easy to get there if you come with one of the big tour bus companies but not many things around.

They charge +3% for paying with a card and this is not mentioned anywhere on booking.com Breakfast: Only a few options (Pho noodles with beef or chicken, stir-fried noodles with beef or seafood, rice porridge, eggs), only 1 per person. It is not organized well. One day they had table service and took orders by coming to you, next day people were waiting at their tables until they realized they had to go to the counter to order. Bread+jam and fruits come after the main dish but they forgot it. We had to chase the waiters to get our orders. The staff needs better training. Most of the rooms are facing the middle breakfast area so it can be noisy if you sleep late.

The design of the hotel is modern and attractive! We can spend the whole day swimming in the pool or watching the sea.

Itd be much better if you would offer toilet papers. I was in the toilet and then I realized theres no toilet paper...

Very clean and nice compound on the beach

The staff didnt speak English, cleaning lady tried to clean the room at 8:00am, breakfast took 45 minutes to serve, no restaurant or bar in the hotel

The hotel was very beautiful, who ever designed the place did a good job and waking up to the sound of the sea right at the door of our room was incredible.

the hotel is located right by the sea which is great - however the pipes from the hotel empty directly onto the beach which is gross. Their was people having a party not far from our room and making a lot of noise, the staff were fine but seem like they have not been trained. You cannot charge drinks to your room, not a big deal just inconvenient since you have to take your wallet to the pool area.

Very Good breakfast, hotel in calm area still walking distance to many restaurants, close to fairy stream.Two nice swimming pools.

Great experience, the food was amazing & the staff was very helpfull, better English than at most places!!! The breakfast was really great & a highlight every morning... The beach rooms are really secluded & has a wonderful view of the ocean.

Really enjoyed my stay at Meraki. The room was very modern and clean. Breakfast was good.Loved the private beach and availability of the sun beds. Quite place so very good to relax.

I stayed outside of busy season and they were doing some work on the rooms; which caused some noise in the morning. Guess this is temporarily.The first 2 days there were no pillows on the sun beds but they placed new ones on all of the beds at the end of my stay.

The rooms are well designed and very comfortable. We had the sea view room, which I highly recommend. The grounds are very beautiful and pristine.

I hope that they open a restaurant onsite soon! There was breakfast in the morning, but it would be so nice to be able to get a smoothie poolside.
