It is right next to the beach. Staff are nice. And the building is good - many exits, the roof is using natural lighting.

While the food is okay, need to put more pancakes. ?

Thanks to everyone who made our stay lovely. This is the best location on the beach with the view from the rooftop bar at sunset not to be missed. The rooms are spacious with good storage. The General Manager Jonathon welcomed us and did everything he could to make our stay really comfortable. Kho, Zen, Sara and Carla really made the social scene very social. Bar Tenders super friendly, Breakfast staff would cook anything how you wanted. A great selection of choices. The kite school very helpful and a good place to view the surf action out of the sun. Housekeeping and outside staff all very friendly and obliging. This is a happy team that welcomes you like family.

The beds are firm but Jonathon arranged for a softer topper on ours. The beds being upgraded so this won’t be a problem soon. The DJ was loud so ear plugs to protect your hearing!

The location, beach, breakfast, staff and room size.

There was no indication anywhere in any of the information regarding the hotel’s features and entertainment that they would be playing loud techno music on their rooftop patio from 7-10 or 11 pm every night. We made complaints about the loud music every night. The management was apologetic but wasn’t willing to do anything about it. From that standpoint we were very disappointed.

We stayed at Mana for 6 nights. We had a great time there. It was a golden memory for us. The hotel is just in front of the beach. Our room has the best sea view. We fall asleep with the sound of waves and woke up with the first beam of the sunlight. We swim every morning in the swimming pool and then have very delicious breakfast. They provide various food choices and stuff are all nice and welcoming.Kitesurfing schools are everywhere around the beach. We also had a very nice experience trying kitesurfing. It’s super convenient. More importantly, we took a lot of proposal pictures there with the help of Mana manager. Thanks a lot for taking care of us at Mana. We love the pictures.

Very miserable looking fishes kept inside the lobby (small, featureless pool), quite depressing.

The balcony door to my room didn’t close properly.I asked for the beds to be pushed together before arriving and it was done once I was in the room.The room wasn’t cleaned properly- like the bed wasn’t made properly- the cover was just pulled up.Also the water wasn’t replaced

We booked a weekend away to relax and instead had about 50 children running wild around the hotel.

I understand that school trips and team building groups are good business for the hotel but they should plan the room assignments better so that there's not just a WOODEN DOOR DIVISION between a group of 8 unsupervised children and a family with a baby that needs quiet. Also, they should have let us know that there was going to be an event with a huge speaker at the private beach that they offer for guests to enjoy. It was not enjoyable or relaxing. Communication with the guests should be better. Letting us know how long the event at the beach would last and giving children a whole floor separate from the rooms of adults who need quiet. Also, it would be nice if they acknowledged our complaints while we were there. The managers couldn't care less about our group's poor experience.

Great location, access to the beach. The room is big and the jeep driver is super nice.

There is no sound isolation at all. We can hear the people next door talking, tv sounds, and the kids yelling at night and early morning. We were not able to sleep well for 2 nights.Also when we signed up for the jeep trip, they did not mention the white sand dune is not included and we had to pay extra money which was not a pleasant experience.

The room was very clean and nice! The bathroom was nice and big- great shower!! Good position very close to the beach and we got a room with balcony that had a small sea view.
