Unreliable – last-minute cancellation with misleading explanation

Our confirmed 3-bedroom villa reservation was canceled at the last minute during New Year peak season.The property informed us privately that the reason was “renovation”, while the official Booking.com notification stated overbooking. This contradiction raises serious concerns about transparency and reliability.As a result, we were forced to urgently book a more expensive alternative elsewhere.If you value certainty and honest communication, do not rely on this property, especially for family travel or a peak dates.

The villas are architecturally beautiful, with high ceilings and tasteful décor. I appreciated the attention to sustainability, minimal plastic, organic amenities, etc.

The landscaping is stunning and the air feels so fresh. I loved waking up to birds and ocean waves. Breakfast options were decent.

From the warm welcome to the comfortable bed, everything was excellent. I’d recommend this resort to anyone who wants peace, privacy, and a gorgeous beach

I was a bit unsure at first since the resort is in a more secluded part of Binh Thuan, but it turned out to be exactly what I needed. Beautiful architecture, lush greenery, and a sense of space that’s hard to find in city life. I appreciated the welcome fruit. One small suggestion would be to have a gym. But everything else? Perfectly curated.

We stayed twice as long as we’d planned as Perolas Villas was the most perfect place we’ve found where we’ve been able to work remotely and relax completely in our downtime. The staff were charming, attentive but never intrusive and did all they could to help us make the most of our time. Internet connection was excellent and we were able to make video calls with no interruptions. The separate sitting room enabled us to have the space to conduct meetings without intruding on each other.Most mornings we would start the day by wandering on the beautiful beach, often, with the exception of someone fishing, the only ones around. The massages were so relaxing, and we also loved the billiard room! And the pool was stunning and kept incredibly clean. The ‘outdoor’ bathroom was a bonus too! We had a couple of days when we left the resort to visit Ta Cu mountain and into Phan Thiet both of which we’d recommend.

Nice villa resort right on the beach.

Felt very abandoned when we were there in November, think we might have been the only guests there. It seems a bit worn down and not very well kept, but would be a great space if it was managed better! Lots of potential, maybe its better in season. Lovely (and empty) beach. Staff were nice, but don’t speak/understand English.

A bit in the nowhere. Breakfast not so nice, little choices, sea view villas are great. Cocktails not so nice.

Check that the advertised buffet breakfast is available. We bicycle tour and were looking forward to it, but they didn't have it.

Value for money, we had a spacious villa all to ourself. as there were no restaurants nearby, we ordered room service food 4 times during 2 nights 3 days stay. Both western food and asian food cooked properly and came in big portion. They took 30-40min to cook so order early if you are hungry. most of the guests were local Vietnamese and they came for company' events. We enjoyed the long shallow beach which is just next to the swimming pool and literary nobody were there. Very quiet place and cycling around the resort was unforgettable experience. I did 60min aroma spa at the resort which was nice as well.

The location is middle of nowhere and it is almost 3.5hours drive away from HCMC. We went to the area as we wanted to go to white sand dunes. The tour didn't pick us up from the resort as it is far from assemble area. central part of the city is one hour away from the resort and there are no Grab available in the area. Ask the hotel staff to arrange for transport if you want to move around but it costs more than Grab. The hotel staff does not speak English so we used Google translate which was fine.

The room was lovely. A huge comfortable bed and a lovely bathroom. Very clean. Bikes are provided to get around the resort.

We were very surprised that for such a lovely resort the breakfast room was empty! Although included in the price, when we turned up for breakfast all that was available in the dining room was a jug of water. No fruit juice, no food whatsoever. When we asked for a coffee, we were told via google translate, that there was no coffee available.We were then told by one guy, who we thought was a guest, but turned out he was the chef that he could cook an omelette or chicken and rice.We asked for the manager but she was not at work yet.We went back to our room and 15 minutes later, the manageress knocked on our door and said we could have breakfast by the pool.We took her up on her offer and our breakfast arrived by golf buggy 1/2 hour later, stone cold.Had it not been for the breakfast, or lack of it, we would have stayed longer. They would be better to advertise as no breakfast than to include it in the price and not provide it.

- doesn’t provide creamer for coffee. - fridge doesn’t dispense ice. We have to pay for ice. - didn’t let us know when and where to eat. Need to let the kitchen knows 30 mins in advance. - the bikes are too old and hard to function. - service is slow.

Had a lot of soul, gorgeous staff and we loved the bikes you could ride around the resort so you didn’t have to walk! Breakfast was lovely, we came off season so we felt like royalty

It was a little secluded, if you like to get away from it all then it’s perfect as you have most of what you need right in the resort. Good pool, staff, beach, little villas and lovely food and drinks.

Because place but very remote.

This is the place you can expect to meet your expectations when spending time with family.
