Room would have been more well maintained like locks and mosquitos. Breakfast would of better too.

The resort is conveniently located near the beach, just a short walk away. The surroundings are clean, green, and refreshing, making it a pleasant place to relax. However, the beach itself had a lot of trash, which was quite disappointing.

Some of the facilities are outdated and in need of renovation. The biggest downside was the breakfast — there weren’t many options available. Additionally, there were quite a few cockroaches and mosquitoes in the room, which affected the overall comfort of the stay. The pool water really to be needs to be disinfected.

The pool and garden are really nice, staffs were extremely helpful except for 1 sale person

The sale person was pretty unhelpful in terms of supporting and providing information. Location is pretty far away from all the restaurants and bars. The beach in this part of the town is just horrible and trashy.The room had mosquitoes ? and hot water was fluctuating.

The very good location - not far from food court (Dong Vui Food Court - many different cuisines and good prices), not far from Muine and Than Thief. We lived in front of the sea with own terrace good equipped. The celing was dirty and we cleaned it. Sand on the beach isn't perfect and sea water was a little bit dirty (includes a few plastic). And there is beautiful large hotel territory and free billiard. Breakfast is modest, furniture is a little bit old and fridge was full of ice (not for cocktails)). In total it is a good variant for quality vs. price.

Territory is green and well serviced. Beach was cleaned every morning. Staff was friendly and helpful

I would appreciate mosquitos net on windows and some kind of gym. Pineapples were always available on nearby market, fresh and juicy, though on breakfast it was offered only 3 times a week

A bit run down, but good value for money. Stayed in a beachfront villa, nice views and your own terrasse.

Location and beachfront

The noise, people were very loud and you could hear everything in the corridor and in the neighboring rooms.this was the first night, we could sleep well. The next day I asked for a different room and paid a little extra for that.

Beach front villa is amazing! Lovely beach right on your door steps, beautiful garden , lovely pool and good location to explore the local scene

It can be a fair bit of walk to the main pool if you stay in the beach front villa, not that you need to as the sea is right in front

Great location on a nice part of the Long Beach.Wonderful, large Garden. Deluxe Pool view room was large and comfortable.Walking distance to many restaurants and Ding Van Food Court

It seems that 99% of the clients are Russians. That made me feel a bit uncomfortable.Service at breakfast could be better. Plates with food where often empty and staff had to be told to fill up.

Great location on a good spot at the beach. Huge, nice garden. Sunbeds at the beach and at the pool.Friendly, helpful staff. Deluxe Room pool view is large and comfortable.

Staff was incredibly nice and answers all our questions and requests. The site is really nice (with the pool) and direct access to the beach. Really good restaurants nearby (only few minutes by foot)

Can be a little bit crowded on the weekend, and we had a team-building activities near the pool which can break the calmness. Beach was not super clean and the soundproofing of the room could be better. You are a little far of the main area of the street, but to be honest this is not bad in a way.

Swimming pool is ok for people. But no roof to avoid sunshine.

I dislike about internal transportation. They do not recommend me use it, even we have little baby - (4 months old)

Fab garden, a 3 big pools, great and peaceful location - direct on seafront , good size bungalow with stunning Seaview , everyday proper cleaning , comfy bed, fantastic people ( especially on reception ) who were so helpful with everything ( including buying bus ticket , good internet

Beachfront villa is actually that, however......its not really a beach ? The staff are fantastic and that includes everyone

Beautiful garden

Room 03 - beach front - need be repaired. Rain is leaking in roof at the day we arrive. We book a double bed because we are couple. But we got 2 single beds when we check-in.
