    Pros +

    • The best part was the breakfast.
    • A beautiful hotel/resort. Two pools , lovely chalet set in tropical gardens . Loved it .
    • I liked the view and the location, it is central to all I needed.

    Cons -

    • The bathrooms was open space. People see you shower. The AC was not working. They had a fan to help get some air into the room.
    • Nothing . Lovely place and staff.
    • Breakfast is not my favourite thing of Lotus. Maybe a few more western options and better coffee, that was really not good

Nice resort, nice pool. Very relaxing if you’re staying on the seaside away from the road. Great breakfast. Has a bit of beach for swimming. Staff were helpful and we were able to change rooms for a cost when we were unhappy with our first room.

We booked a seaside room, which is very misleading, this just means you’re on the ocean side of the road instead of the hill side as the resort is on both sides. But the seaside room we stayed in the first night was directly beside the road. We asked to change rooms but the receptionist ensured us and said the road was not very loud. We switched rooms after the first night because the road was quite loud and it was hard to sleep and not very nice ambiance for a beach get away. The room we switched to was 300,000 VND more per night but 10x more worth it than the roadside room. I think the listing is very misleading and if we weren’t able to change rooms we wouldn’t have stayed.

This is a great place - we booked a pool/ocean view room, and it was definitely worth it. The breakfast was lovely, the rooms and pool clean, and the staff are friendly. There’s lots of places to eat down the street, and it’s a super easy place to relax without having to go too far to find things. The beach wasn’t really a calm “swimming” beach, but it doesn’t matter at all because the pool is literally right on the beach! Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Beautiful setting. We were on the hillside which was quiet and amongst lovely lush, well-maintained gardens. There was also a beautiful pool which was also very quiet and private as opposed to the seaside pool. Breakfast was excellent with many options. Bikes and scooters to hire nearby. A great spa where we had our best massages in Vietnam: “Leo Spa”. Go there to sort out any physical glitches you may have. They really know what they’re doing.

Our shower was broken and should really have been attended to before we arrived. Bedside lamp for reading would be really nice. Not sure why the staff were wearing masks. This was alarming after travelling for a month where this wasn’t the case. Makes it very impersonal ?

Lovely staff, spacious rooms, peaceful atmosphere, delicious food.

The resort is separated by the local street, not easy to find the key holder when back to the room at night, room lights are quite weak. Wc far from the swimming pool.

    Good location, great breakfast.

We booked 2 beachfront bungalows, but when we checked in it turned out the it was just two large rooms on the ground and upper floor. Nice big rooms but not what we wanted/ expected. The wifi in both rooms was rather slow.

    7TaPosted on: 1-11-2025

It was conveniently located within walking distance to many restaurants and eateries. The gardens were well kept and neat. The view from the restaurant and pool were second to none.Resident cats rooming the property greeting guests.

Although we booked a room with a garden view, we were given a room facing the main road. It was very noisy even with all the windows closed and curtains drawn. Sound pollution from motorbikes and cars beeping could be heard at various times during the night. Reception staff requested to hold onto our passports which we denied and instead had to pay for a deposit that was fully refunded when we checked out.

Nice beach front resort, good breakfast with a lot of options, spacious room, comfortable pool area

Lovely property. We stayed in a beach and pool view room and it was quiet from road noise and right on the beach. Verandah was great place to enjoy view. Staff lovely and helpful, spa was excellent and great value. Villas across road (hillside) were set in beautiful, quiet gardens. Breakfast good and lots of good restaurants close by.

    Everything was great.

Loved Louts Village so much we booked an extra 2 days, beautiful hotel , we stayed across from road , the gardens, the pool all amazing, the pool facing the beach is lovely, showers by beach , sun loungers. Supersized room , just to dark , bathroom lighting really dark. We would come back to this little gem , great choice of things to eat for breakfast.

Wifi not great, lightning in bathroom

    Building, garden

Just next to the road, crossing the road for bar, breakfast and beach. The hot pack of air conditioner is in side bathroom so it cause hot and noice

    Location was great

There was a lizard next to the buffet - fruits platter. The toaster didn't toast and the spread was stale. Overall the property is becoming as irrelevant as a glass of milk in a zombie movie.

The resort is well located, and the staff are nice, but the facilities are outdated, and the breakfast was very basic.

Pool was amazing. Next to the ocean .hotel is beautiful A bit expensive compared to other nice hotels. But you get what you pay for..location is great .enjoyed the BAY SPORTS BAR not far .from the hotel

The only thing we didn't like was the staff weren't friendly at all .except for the reception staff. When we paid our bill on leaving, we were charged $ 5 for each can of softdrink a bit expensive for Vietnam.

    9ThiPosted on: 7-15-2024

Supportive and friendly staffs. Breakfast is acceptable, limited choices, but you still can have everything you need for a good meal. The location is perfect for dining, there're many restaurants and pubs nearby.

Slow wifi, hardly to say it was usable. There's mosquitos, but you can ask for insect repellent. There is no beach, just the ocean.

    9BrucePosted on: 6-28-2024

Great central location surrounded by bars and restaurants. Great pool, great balcony in the room to sit outside and enjoy the evenings.

No complaints, it has everything you need..
