It was a little uncomfortable. Because no two Korean explanation.

(1) Location of the hotel is terrific, close to coffee places, restaurants and market places where you can by daily essentials.(2) Can hear the sea waves from the bungalow(3) quiet and relaxing environment all day long, no noise(4) room and surrounding environment is extremely clean and well-maintained

The quality of the coffee at breakfast can be improved.Would be good if beer opener can be provided at every room.The beach is not safe for swimming, as the waves are too big for safe swimming.

The bungalows with sea view are amazing, only 5 steps to get to the sea.

One small thing, the resort should upgrade the power outlet with ports of USB/type C charger

Disappointing attitude of at least two night security guards in the restaurant area (Saturday July 19) when they would not assist us in charging our devices and did not explain whether it was resort policy or not.

As always, I love the location, the staff and the facilities. This is one of the best places to stay in Mui Ne The general manager is amazing ❤️Treat you like a friend and make you feel like family. Love the pool and the food is really good.

Breakfast was good, large selection of western & Vietnamese food. Spa also excellent.

Frustrating staff in check in counter gave me negative impression. Shower tap need to be repaired.

I liked the connection to the beach, friendly staff and the reception staff were very helpful. The gardens around the hotel were well maintained and provided a very tranquil environment, just what we needed. We had a wonderful New Year's celebration at the hotel that exceeded our expectations. The owners of the hotel were present during breakfast, making themselves available for friendly chats. Great to see the hotel's beach clean up initiative happening one morning.

rooms excellent right near beach,the breakfast and all food in restaurant was very good ,staff really helpful they booked some trips and transfers for us too.

Beach as a lot in Mui Ne has the sand bags/ pipes so not so pretty to look at. Sea is rough and quite dangerous .

Wonderful resort. Quiet and Calm right on the beach. Lovely pool and gardens. Very helpful staff. Rooms very nice, I was lucky to get an ocean view from the bungalow, and extra bonus. The beach is great and possible to sit in the shade and enjoy all the water activities. Great breakfast and nice happy hour. No yea restaurant for dinner, but totally fine since there are lots of great options on the street just outside.

This was a dream holiday ! Breakfast was delicious in the restaurant overlooking the sea, staff so welcoming, friendly and helpful, beautiful grounds, peaceful place of rest, lovely pool and beautiful room right next to the beach with a shaded veranda ! - such an idyllic place to celebrate our wedding anniversary !

We liked the beachfront restaurant - the food was very good and the view amazing - an improvement to the menu though would be a greater selection of cheaper Vietnamese dishes which would probably attract more guests to eat there in an evening.

Very friendly staff, fast support and professional. Relaxing vibe and right next to the beach. We have a really relaxing getaway vacation.

The shower is fixed, so it's a bit inconvenient to clean ourselves after going to the beach. The AC is a bit of directive to the bed, which make our throat soaring abit in the morning.

The room was lovely, large comfortable bed and great location in the resort (room 209).Staff were really friendly and knew what drinks we wanted by the 3rd day!Pool was large enough and had steps down which is excellent for someone with slightly limited mobility.

Every night someone knocks at your door with new beach towels, a weather forecast and vouchers for breakfast the next day. They come anytime between 5.30pm and 6.30pm. I think perhaps just stating your room number at breakfast and picking up towels from the pool area yourself would be less invasive

Amazing staff, very friendly.Beautiful resort and pool, the beach was pretty nice and the rooms where great.Definetly more of a resort town though not as much to do in the actual city.

The beds were extremely comfortable and soft! The pool was clean and well maintained even when used by several guests daily. The mocktails specifically the mango tango was delicious! The location was excellent and a stone throw away from the beach and yummy food!

There was a particular member of staff at the front desk that was not very friendly (I did not get her name). The clay jars used in the showers are impractical because they are slippery when handled with wet hands. I broke 1 of the lids and had to fork out 100k to replace it. Another lid was not broken or chipped by me but my honesty in showing it to the lady upon check out cost me more money.

We stayed in the superior rooms. The rooms were very spacious and clean with a beautiful view of the garden. The staff gave our family rooms next to each other which was nice.

Appliances in the room need to be upgraded. The hair dryer felt like a toy. The electric pot didn't seem very clean so I ended up not using it. Also, the fridge wasn't very cold.I also found the pillows a little hard.

View and space

Your information in your website booking.com is not true when you write in the firs page "Free stay for your child". According to the policy of this hotel, it depends the age of the child. This hotel charges the beakfast for the childs over 4 years old. After "Free stay for your child" you should mention "under conditions of age". This false advertizing is tricky and not fair with customer. I really didn't appreciate to hear at the reception that I have to pay 600.000 VND for the breakfast of my child. Travelling a lot, I use booking.com many time, hope you will consider to refund this amount of 600.000 VND.

- Staffs were helpful- Beach and swimming pool were nice- The price was relatively low compared to other in the area, but Mui Ne resorts are OVERPRICED- The location was good, easy to access anywhere

- The room cleanliness was such a disappointment. There were so much of mosquito and the resort did not provide any mosquito nest nor had any significant solution to help with the situation. They just burnt some aromatic oil in the room, which were not help much. Our toddler got so many mosquito bites all over her body. - The room was not that standard clean. The closet had moldy smell. The coffee cups were not washed when they cleaned our room after the first day staying there - There were not pool (beach) attendees at all, so be aware when travelling with kids. - Overall the room was a bit dated
