The property was clean and comfortable. It was in a quiet section of the Main Street. The room (triple) was spacious.

No beaches
The only thing I like about this property is the garden in the back with the pool.
No AC in lobby, corridor, restaurant.No lights after dark in the corridor, it looks like one of those haunted movie when it’s dark.The beautiful garden has no light after 6PM when this is the most beautiful area of this hotel and it could single-handedly literally lights up the entire hotel and makes the hotel super magical.Can’t believe a 4 stars hotel turns off AC for the whole building 24/24 to save for electricity. I paid almost 200$ for 2 nights and never seen anything like this.The staffs always talk about their dramas in the hotel loudly, this is so unprofessional for a 4 stars hotel. The beach is also very dirty with trash everywhere.

A good hotel with excellent service. We especially enjoyed the garden and staff. The staff were exceptionally kind and professional —especially Miss Ba , who always gave us the best recommendations and made our stay even more pleasant. Each morning welcomed us with great care and warmth, making our trip all the more enjoyable.

This place has so much potential and it’s really disappointing. I’m not quite sure if it was off-season but it seemed to be lacking staff. I tried to order room service and that failed because no one could understand that I wanted one beef burger whenever you sat by the pool there was never any lounges on the sunbeds. You had to find someone to ask or go and get it yourself. The Aircon didn’t work properly. The carpets leading to the hallways were really dirty and disgusting. I put do not disturb on my room twice and yet had someone try to enter and knocked on a different occasion. Could not find the so called snack bar to order one of their combo meals. Great location if you want a massage but you are in the middle of nowhere.

Friendly staff and efficient. Rooms large and comfortable, including the bed. Pool and surroundings very nice setting on sea front. Sun lounges with pads and towels. Breakfast offers a reasonable variety but mostly Asia dishes and egg station. Several small shops and restaurants in local vicinity, all reasonably priced.
Water pressure on upper floors poor. Weak Wifi . No extractor fan in enclosed toilet bathroom . Can get a little busy & noisy especially at the weekends .
