The staff were very friendly, efficient, and responsive to any requests such as immediately providing us two chairs for our balcony or extra pillows and hangers.

As a Westerner, it took a few days to get used to the idea of there being no shower curtain for the tub/shower and just letting the floor of the bathroom get wet all the time. With the toilet right next to the tub, this meant the floor around it was wet. I felt sorry for the housekeeping staff (who were wonderful) having to mop up the floor everytime they cleaned the room.

The room size was good, a balcony always makes a room feel bigger. Bottled water daily, always a plus!! The area is very quiet, little no no cars. Daily room cleaning if needed. 15-20 min walk to town for restaurants, but this area is very local.

We had ants in our room and not just a few. I told the front desk and they said the would take care of it. The ants were always there. We actually had baking soda with us and read that could help so put that in the areas most affected(the bed side tables, ugh!!) The location isn't great if you do not have a car or motorbike. We walk and walk we did, lol!! The "beach" isn't a vacation beach, sea walls up due to erosion, no beach chairs or even a place to lay down a towel. Mui Ne is about 25 mins drive away, a little better for beach, we took the local bus. We were there for a full week and it was way too long. It would have been good for a weekend or short stay. The breakfast is typical SouthEast Asian rice, noodle, soup, etc. The first day they had hard boiled eggs so that was great but then those were gone. From there on out we ordered eggs and they were always undercooked, runny scrambled eggs, etc, but it is fine. You can make it work! Always watermelon and bananas. We've had worse and better so you never know.

The area is quiet and the property is clean. Bottles water is provided. The Buffett breakfast is good quality eventhough the selection was limited.

The room is not spacious and not enough space for large luggage’s. Shampoo and body wash was inadequate and given in sample sized quantities.

The bathroom only had a bathtub. However, since the bathtub wasn’t fully enclosed against the wall, I ended up with minor floods every time I took a shower, especially since there was no shower curtain.

One night stopover on a bike tour. Everything as it should be, clean, comfortable and good wifi.

The area outside of the rooms are quite echoey, so we could hear a lot of what was going on out in the halls. The buffet breakfast wasn’t the best with a limited selection. Location was a bit odd and out of the way but still walkable to the city centre.

Loved the friendly, helpful staff members. The rooms were lovely, clean, and exceptionally comfortable. Very peaceful and quiet area.The breakfast was a delight also, very fresh and local cuisine. Something for everyone.

The location is quite far from the downtown area.

The place is brand new. Construction quality is Europe level. Everything is clean and well maintained.

The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, fulfilling all our requests promptly.The hotel is new, and the rooms reflect that—modern, well-lit and comfortable.There is a basement for motorbike parking. Cars can be parked off-street. The 24/7 guards provided a sense of security.

While the buffet was okay, it lacked variety and could benefit from more options to cater to different tastes.The bathroom could use more hangers for clothes as the current setup felt insufficient.Amenities like soap and toilet tissue were not adequately stocked. We had to request them repeatedly during our stay, which was a bit inconvenient.Unfortunately, there were ants in our room. Although the staff were quick to address the issue, the ants reappeared after three days.

I stayed at Tiffany Hotel in Phan Thiet for two days, and unfortunately, the experience was below average. The room had a serious ant problem, with ants on the bed and throughout the room. Despite informing the staff, no action was taken to resolve the issue.The breakfast was very limited, with hardly any variety or options. Adding to the disappointment, even though I put a "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door, someone still entered the room to clean it, which felt like a violation of my privacy.The interior design of the hotel was quite tacky and did not create a comfortable or inviting atmosphere. Overall, the stay fell far short of expectations, and I would not recommend this hotel to others.

Breakfast had limited amount of food and not many choices.

There was no price listing for the items in the room. We got charged for 65K VND for a glass that we broke. We could buy the whole set of glasses for 65k VND.

Everything is great, the staff is very friendly especially the supervisor, big thanks to him. Everything you need, just ask, he will provide.

The AC can't adjust the direction, only Swing or Not

Good hotel, the location is bad only if you don't have bike, wi-fi is good. Noisy, Strong audibility

A relatively central property near the waterfront and about a 15 minute walk to Phan Thiet proper. The room was comfortable and cozy. We upgraded to the king room because of the bed size and it was a little bit more spacious. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

The loft of the pillows was too much and should be reduced for a more comfortable sleep.

No restaurant at hotel, but walk around the block and one close. Close to sea but no beach and not swimmable. Very limited breakfast

Super friendly staff, especially the woman in reception. Warm greets to her, she made everything for my stay and organized my bus tickets.

The location was a bit isolated even next to the sea. There was disturbing noice from harbor ships during the night.
