Very dusty with construction going on. The room is big but looks empty with the design scheme

Great place for family gathering. Pool have playground for kid. I really like the free afternoon food. Great to refresh after a snap. I also like the garden, take a walk with my son and wife. Will comeback later

the road is under construction, so there are dusts around. Hopefully, the next time the construction will be completed

The room was like a mosquito kingdom. My kid and I had been bitten all night. The toilet had unpleasant smell. The beach is so dirty.

From the moment we've arrived we were greeted by warm and friendly staff there! The room, the breakfast, the tea time, the pools were all amazing! We stayed for 3 nights and wished that we could stay for a few more nights! Definitely we will come back to this resort again

Warm welcome from reception, both pools were beautiful and maintained so well and they were the highlight for us. The breakfast was exquisitely done, so much to choose from in the most beautiful restaurant overlooking the ocean, we really loved that to start the day. Lots of little local shops and restaurants around the area, and lots of restaurant options on Grab. We had an stress-free 3 night stay! Thank you ?

Very nice staffs, good location with very good facilities

Location was great , pools were amazing, breakfast was good, had afternoon tea, staff was nice. Great layout , not too crowded.

There was another hotel being built on one side. It didn’t affect where our room was.

The bed was comfortable & I have good sleep.

The room is small, bathroom & lighting is dark & not designed fir 4 stars hotel & resort

Very nice resort, clean, beautiful, long beach. Very friendly and supportive employees. We will be back :)

The spray when they clean the room is not suitable to me

They currently have a temporary reception while they build a new one. They have a buggy to take you to your room. Super spacious bathroom. Large room. We had a garden view. Two great pools. Breakfast was the best we have had through Vietnam. A massive selection. Reception assisted and organised a limousine bus to Ho Chi Minh. They were lovely to deal with. Lots of staff keeping everything clean. Would stay here again.

Great location and staff all amazing, friendly and so helpful- I think a lot of people stay for a couple of days - we stayed for 6. That’s down to cleanliness, and friendliness of all staff - gardeners, security, cleaning, chefs and management- beautiful and lasting memories from our stay

The sunbeds are really uncomfortable and gave me a bad back. The rooms are scruffy and averagely clean.

The staff were incredible - Loi who works as a waitress is fantastic. Van the restaurant lead is also great. The breakfast was amazing and pools!!

There were two nights of our 4 night stay where they had big loud events in a marquee and in the restaurant. This impacted on the tranquility of the stay. But also added interest for us. Also the room wasn’t at all like the picture. Perhaps ask if u want exactly the same.

The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Price is reasonable, breakfast is delicious, swimming pool is very nice.

The beach is dirty.

The overall service was good. Very good decoration & view. The staff was very friendly & helpful, especially ms.Ngọc. We enjoy the breakfast, & other activity as well, & free of charge.

Room need some update in quality to make everything perfect.

Pool was amazing, rooms were clean and perfect. Staff were more than accommodating, allowing very late check out. Short walk to restaurant corner. Would highly recommend.

It has 2 swimming pools which are both nice. The resort is one of the nicest looking in the area, but has much to improve.

There is no customer service. The bar at the pool is not working. No drinks by the pool. Barely anyone can speak English. The rooms are ok, but could be cleaner. There is no safe deposit box in the room. Breakfast is poor. Not much to choose from.

I had to pay extra charge for a new room.It was not what I booked on website.Breakfast only for asian guests.We spent 14days but not met us for leaving 2days early.(refund only half night) No continental breakfast(yogurt,hot coffee,hot milk...). In a Country of delicious fruits just choise 2 kind of bad fruits. No request were met.Noisy music(same song for 8 hours)No clean beach.Resort under costruction so some complain
