Posh Hotel and Suites Victoria Island

I want to give this property 1 , but reception and restaurant stuff was nice

Water was damned yellow ! And I don’t had freaking hot water in my room. They promised that they would fix it , which never happened

I would say good regarding location.

Poor laundry service, expensive food and customer service ...

Location

The room is dirty, and the customer service is poor. The air conditioner is not working, and the water in the bathroom is discolored and has an unpleasant smell. There is no water heater in the bathroom. The door security is very poor — it can be opened from outside even when the guest is inside. Ideally, the door should be lockable from the inside to ensure that no one can open it from outside. This situation is not safe for guests.

The location is cool

Low pressure from the bathroom . It's due for partial renovation.

Did not take breakfast, I like the location

The room I used 924 had no tap for running water.Bath heater is not functional

The location is perfect and the staff are very nice and helpful.

Breakfast..well nothing much to say about it ..just wanna talk about the posh at Vi I don’t know may other rooms are okay ..but Room 901 is very bad ..when I checked ..the toilet was smelling as if it was not properly cleaned (for urine )..water issues omoo i couldn’t bath while checking out ..i was really disappointed I enjoyed my stay at the Ikj own not gonna lie ..but this I’m highly disappointed..

I said it all ..check room 901 there is a lot are to be done in that room ..

Look it is a terrible stay

I can never advise even my enemies to stay in that hotel, it was terrible that night o could'nt sleep all night. and the most annoying things was that in the morning , no water to shower the security has to use bucket to fresh us water, i was moved from room 904 later 905 , they are full craps .

Absolutely disappointed with the hotel poor service, dirty and unkept the only thing that was good about it was the location and the service from the restaurant. The rest was abysmal, would not recommend at all

The facilities are absolute shambles. There's no running water, the bathroom facilities are outta date, I couldn't shower because there's no water.

The break fast was okay. The location was superb.

my room was on the last floor and the lift was not working water was not running for most times and when available was coloredhotel personnel kept disturbing with knock on the door to ask if i have a car packed in the compound to come down and move it even though i did not have any car parked in the hotel premises.breakfast was plain

The location

There was no water running from the taps althrough my stay at the property. I couldn’t even get water to brush my teeth in the morning. Buckets are used to fetch water for guests at the hotel. It was very dirty and they seem not to bother. I was disappointed

Refund of payment for booking at Posh Hotel and suites VI lagos

The hotel has severe water issues and should ideally not be operating until resolved.The room I was booked into was dispensing muddy like water.My colleagues' room was gushing water from the roofWe had no choice but to sleep at the lobby since the hotel would not secure a place for us at another hotel to sleep. We checked in at past 4pm. Reported the coloration of water. Went for our function and returned at 12.30 am to meet issue not resolved We have video and picture evidence.Kindly pursue our refund of payment.
