The experience with the staffs was very unpleasant, especially with the fair lady at the restaurant and kitchen, she was rude and went as far as calling us idiots, we reported to the manager and all they could say was, 'that's how she does', which was disappointing, nothing was done to the situation. Poor management

Noisy. Weekend loud party till late. Room price is more than advertised on booking.

The neighborhood is quiet which was a good thing for a noisy city like Lagos.

I booked a standard room for my parents. The description said pool view, which turned out to be looking through the branches of a tree at a few cubic meters of pool water. Also, one literally has to climb over the toilet seat to get to the shower cubicle. Very disastrous architectural design.

Unpleasant, not worth the money

The staff need better training, they were very rude. The rooms are also super tiny, bathroom of the first room I got was dirty and the bathroom of the second room after I insisted they changed the first room was also not the cleanest. They also have this gimmick where they ask you to make your payment first to prevent you from seeing the rooms before paying. It is not worth the price they charge at all. I would never be coming back to this hotel

Facility management is poor, room had no hot water. Also Booking.com didn't do well with my booking as it was clearly stated that I was coming with 2 children (age clearly stated) yet I got a tiny room which I had to upgrade on site.

Poor complimentary breakfast, and not even served on the last morning. This is an area where MUCH improvement is needed

I liked that there was light always, The bed was very comfortable, the distance to our eye hospital (the eye foundation) was perfect. We needed meds and there was Med plus pharmacy very close by for convenience.

My dad and I checked in on Sunday evening the 20th of March, 2022 to stay 3 nights(to check out before Wednesday noon) and the lady at the desk barely wore a smile. Then on Tuesday afternoon the lady cleaning rooms Key carded and barged her way into the room. It was a disturbing act. Those are why I cant smile all the way to show my teeth, otherwise it was a good stay. We enjoyed it.

The bathroom/toilet space is too tiny...you can only sit sideways on the toilet seat if you're a tall person . The bathroom space is cupboard size too

A few of the hotel staff were courteous whilst some were quite rude. The bathroom was a huge disappointment Quite a few of the facilities are falling apart and needs to be fixed promptly i.e. the TV set, Fridge and the Water Heater

Breakfast is fine - it's the same thing every morning. Water was not available on few occasions and hot water was not available on other occasions.

Location is good staff was rude, tv was not showing, light was off N he claimed the repair guy failed to come meaning he knew about that room and still gave it to me. It also took him several calls to move to next room. The rooms are so small the bathroom so small someone of my size 72kg 5'9 can't rub my back without bruising my elbow. The wardrobe don't have hangers, they don't toast bread for breakfast. Just not worth the amount

Location and accessable, not crowded which l guess was because of the services n room size. Pool is good though not maned, could not get an adapter to plug my usa laptop

From the location of the hotel, it is very easy to connect to the city centre and all public areas to socialist and all the historical places.

Not applicable, my family and I are satisfied with the treatment and hospitality we received from the hotel. We will definitely visit again.
