The location.

Old bedsheets, food quality poor. TV old. Needs renovation. Not Value for Money

My stay in this hotel was simply among the very best. The food, staff, cleanliness, view from the room, were excellent. Even though the hotel is expensive, I got reall value for my money.

Location was great, breakfast was ok but not too many varieties though, but food good. Room was very spacious and clean. The environment was calming. Location is great, very accessible to places you will love to go. Staffs friendly and helpful

The only good thing about the hotel is that they change the sheets, towels and clean the room every morning.

The receptionists were very horrible and so unkind, not just to me, but I find a lot of people complaining each time I go to the reception. The bathroom had soap scum, which was not properly cleaned and maintained. The windows were also dirty. I had such a terrible stay here, and I would not recommend the hotel to anyone. It is not worth the price, nor is it a 5-star hotel, in my opinion.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. We really felt welcome by Stephen at the reception, one of the baggage handlers. Room service was prompt and the prices are pretty good value for money.

We did have to move room once as our shower wasn't dispensing hot water, and was next to a generator so we had a constant hum in the room.The room afterwards however was fine.

I had a wonderful stay at the Lagos Oriental Hotel! The location is absolutely perfect, with easy access to everything. My room was spacious and comfortable, featuring a large bathroom and excellent Wi-Fi. The Smart TV was a great touch, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. Room service was attentive and very helpful, and all the staff were friendly and always smiling, which really made a difference. The check-in process was fast and smooth. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be staying here again next time I'm in Lagos.

While the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, I found it a bit unusual. The buffet included dishes like rice, spaghetti, chicken, and meat, which felt more like a lunch to me. However, I understand that this might be typical for a Nigerian breakfast. Despite it being different from what I’m used to, the food was still tasty, though quite spicy for my taste. Overall, it was okay, but it was a bit of an unexpected experience.

The staff , the room and the views

The breakfast had a nice wide variety and the view was lovely. The bed was comfortable and spacious and the shower was amazing no complaints. Definitely felt like a luxury stay in a beautiful location.

Not able to upgrade my room in my 12 days of Stay. And not keeping their Promise of moving me to the main wing by the reception area.Especially has a repeat Customer that have referred many People that have stayed there since my First 6 days Stayed with my Family occupied 2 rooms in April, 2024.Also the WiFi was often interrupted. And the most disappointing part is as a guest in the hotel, we couldn't just seat and enjoy the Pool area without buying drinks or food. That I found really disturbing. That need to be changed because you sold the pool area as part of the Amenities for the guest.

Someone smoking in near by room flowing via the vent and really disturbed me for 2 day

Location was just perfect, in close proximity to several places to eat and drink. Transportation is accessible with Uber

Balanced breakfast. Warm and fresh.

The TV sets in our Room 916 was not a smart TV. Rather ancient TV set that doesn’t befit Oriental hote.

The food wasn't too nice and the delivery time was wayyyy too long (room service )too up to 5hrs

I booked my room thinking that I got a sea view and to my disappointment, the hotel staff had to tell me that I booked through a third party that’s why I got a plain view. Not flexible when I tried to change rooms

location was fine but the breakfast was nothing to write home about. The staff spent ages refilling the food.Our room lock was not working and we were starnded outside for nearly an hour

The staff need to be more professional and not sluggish. Response times were abysmal however one member of staff (tall gentleman in the dining area) was very active and professional
