The location

Firstly, unbeknownst to me the hotel tried to charge my card. Due ti the security of my card and the fact that this charge wasn’t permitted, my card got blocked. I was given a room that looked nothing like the pictures and smelled like mildew. The first two days we had no hot water. During my stay I complained about the smell everyday but there was no follow up. The day I had arrived I had informed the staff that I was staying for less days. I informed reception about this and what day I’d leave. I also paid for the days I stayed. On the day I was leaving the receptionist called me to say that a payment was missing and their colleague made a mistake. The receptionist then tried to tell me that she wasn’t aware of my departure, but somehow on the phone she confirmed my check out. I have traveled a lot and been in many hotels and I’ve never had such a terrible experience before. Some staff members, like the gate men, were very pleasant. However the staff working inside the hotel can use a customer service training course. Please heed my warning and patronise other hotels in the area. As the best thing about this hotel was its location.

Location was within reach of everything. Food was great, staff was excellent. Owner was onsite and very pleasant.

Power outages kept happening but they had a generator that kicked them right back on so that was good.

The location and the humility of the staff

There is need to improve on refreshing the hotel premises with an attractive air freshener.

Spacious. Nice location.

Leakage in the water heating in the bathroom. The staff was informed about it and they proceeded with repair.

The property had a beautiful view of the city. Breakfast buffet was good.

The one problem we had was on the menu and when it’s time to pay the receipt says a different price on the menu. We ordered the food which cost 10,000 naira and when the receipt came out it was 15,000 naira . The first time I questioned it but let it go. The second time I to speak about it . They said it was a mistake and apologized.Also went to order a pizza in the evening and said it wasn’t available.

I was happy staying at Maison Fahrenheit, everything was fine, quick action for any request, very friendly atmosphere, Thanks to front desk team: Blessing, Joke and Rashida. And thanks to Goodness house keeping in charge. The food at the breakfast was very good. I will definitely come back to this hotel when visiting Lagos in future.

The room I was given didn’t match the Maison Fahrenheit standard, it was tiny and the bathroom was terrible.

Ambience, access to several restaurants and shopping malls

The toilets need improvement as 2 of the rooms I stayed in had no toilet roll holders and the toilet seat in one of them was shakingThe AC in one of the rooms was leaking and there was a time that water wasn’t running in the morning so I had to call before it was restored.The food could be better

Comfy bed. Sitting area outside the room.

Noisy club next door. Tiny TV. Starchy breakfast terrible choices. Poor lighting. Cracked sink. No demarcation between shower, sink and toilet.

Staff was very polite and helpful. Breakfast buffet was good.

Bathroom sink design was flawed so caused water to flow to the ground.

It was my second time at this facility. The front desk was exceptional and made sure they helped with everything I needed. I had special accommodations and they helped in that regard. Nice restaurant too.

Good water pressure for shower

Toilet had a smell, rooms were small for amount being paid, lights were wired poorly; couldn't turn the lights off in the room completely

Location was great. Breakfast okay. Shower pressure and temperature was perfect.

Variety of non local dishes could be better. Selection of salads for instance. Lighting in the room could be improved. Also expected every room in a hotel of this class's to be equipped with a smart TV, unfortunately only the high end rooms are fitted with smart TVs.

location was good . staff were professional and helpful . the air condition in my room was not working . i spoke to the staff at reception. He transferred us to an executive room for the night .

We needed a clean bed sheet but never got one . the bathroom drainage needs to be worked . after a shower it looks like the bathroom is flooded room 204 to be specific

I liked the location of the hotel. I also liked the friendliness of the staff

The building next door was a club so the noise was unbearable for 2 nights. The room looked outdated and the bed was a little flat. The tiles in the room made it feel very stark and unwelcoming. I was also unable to join the wifi with the password given.
