Peaceful, newly refurbished, excellent facilities for me, pool, gym, and the rooms and hotel decor are wonderful. All the staff are friendly, including security people. Another bonus is the breeze from the ocean next to the pool.

junior suite rooms are good and well maintained .. location is good but no nearby shops ...

the bar service and resturant service should be better... they take more than 1 hour to prepare any food and dont serve any bar snacks..

I can't think of a positive feature

As soon as I arrived, I paid the entire stay at the reception, not paying attention to the lobby, which already showed itself to be of a low category. Upon entering the room, I found it in very poor condition. Little and low quality furniture, electrical sockets detached from the wall, plastic panel above the bathtub almost falling down, water in the sink that did not flow into the drain. It was 6am, after a long plane journey. I just took a shower then went down to reception. To avoid arguments, I used an excuse to ask for cancellation, with partial refund. Reception staff not very polite but then I spoke to the GM on the phone. We agreed that I would pay for 2 nights out of the 9 booked. After numerous calls, they never returned the money. Booking.com says it was never able to speak to them. The description of the rooms found on the site is false, they are SCAMMERS.

There wasn’t night life at the pool side.

I was graciously upgraded to a private suite by the management. The room was very spacious and Very clean with a nice view of the water. Nice art decor all around the hotel. Serene environment

Breakfast was only for 1 person not 2 as is usual when you book for 2 adults in most hotel

The facilities like swimming pool area and the gym were ok.

The main problem is the service and the staff. You need to train them well and to improve the quality.And for sure, is not acceptable the poor maintenance of the rooms and the cleaning.Once again: train your people better, please.

1. Comfortable bed with very nice pillows.2. Nice breakfast buffet with very tasty food.3. Good location . Wish I had more time to spare and take walks along the street. 4. Nice staff. 5. Clean toilet with very hot water6. Internet enabled TV. Watched YouTube all evening. No NETFLIX app. Just Google. I guess if you are really desperate you can watch Netflix thru Google, but I don't advice that on a public network. A generally nice hotel

1. They asking me to pay for half day when I asked for a late check out by 1 hour. Never heard such nonsense from a hotel before. 2. Sheets are old and smell old. Nothing too offensive but a dash of fabric fragrance could have helped 3. Toilet flooring needs changing. Looked like the whole toilet was covered in stains though it wasn't. 4. Not a good selection of cable channels. 5. Very old hotel living for its past glory but I could see that it was classy in its hay days.

The room is old and smells. The bathroom is an eyesore. Disgusting. If u taking all des money, why didn't they tk care of it? Neva goin there in my life.

Fine location but my 5year old son could not take his pap because it was very cold. I suggest it should be in a heater or something so that it's always hot even when you come late for breakfast. Other than that my other older children enjoyed the breakfast and are looking forward to come again

The environment was clean and the ambience was good

The facilities were poorly managed. First, I was made to wait for over 10 minutes before I could be checked into my room because another staff went away with the POS machine. The toilet bowl and the wash hand basin in the room I was issued (108) had deep physical cracks which were scary and disaster in wait. I was very scared to use the toilet bowl for fear of an accident. The matress was also a sorry state, you would think its firm because of the way the sheets were laid, take out the sheets and then, its a problem. Overall the hotel needs renovation, some of the facilities are in a sorry state. Upon checking out, the staff who attended to me didn't even ask me how my stay was or even if I enjoyed my stay. I did not enjoy my stay at all.

Breakfast was good. The garden was excellent. Had a chat with proprietress and saw other facilities available in the hotel, including a lovely efficient travel agency.

The reception was poor and could have sent you away if not patient enough. The Bar changed its prices but did not publish all new prices, yet refused to sell a the published old rate. There was smoke in the adjacent room coming into my room and the corridor was with an awful smell of smoke, more like weed. When report was made, staff seemed helpless. Parking space was limited.

The Breakfast buffet was excellent, I enjoyed every meal I had at Bon Vogage hotel. The staff? Amazing people, prompt at rendering services.

I didn't like the outfit of the staff, I think their outfit should be improved. Nice hairdo, nice belts, perfectly sized pant trousers.I needed a Spa session so badly, it should be fixed soon too.

Staffs are very helpful and nice. Also like the green nature of the garden setting. The manager is also very up to his job. Had a good stay. ?

The intercom to connect with the reception and other staff should be linked to individual room number as had to wait for 30mins cos didn't know had to give me room number as thoughts it's linked to room.

The hospitality was perfect, the atmosphere and surrounding also perfect. The breakfast is very okay. The facilities are nice. And the staffs where also very friendly especially Josephine... She was so friendly and nice.

The room is not too spacious. There is no entertainment section, like a lively bar where guys can drink with a standby DJ n then selling of small chops. Perhaps at the pool side. Making it lively and to give customers less stress not to go elsewhere

The facilities are pretty run down and the service was bad because I made up to 3 phone calls to reception for complaints and they were not adequately addressed

Very disappointing

The room looked unkept. The bathroom was extremely small. The furniture was worn out. The room was poorly lit and complimentary breakfast was inadequate with only about 3 options to pick from.
