The size of the room in the Picture was different from its actual size. The light went off every 30 to 45 minutes, and there was no light throughout the night. Then in the morning, there was a debate on what I was entitled to as my complimentary breakfast. Then, when I ordered, it took 1 hour for my food to arrive.The connections to the TV were hanging everywhere and were not protected

The location was great, but the room setting was a nono for the amount I was paying, the reason I had to leave the hotel immediately. The Staff are friendly and they have to manage the situation, by apologising and begging for me to stay longer, like I had planned.

Room AC was not working well, Breakfast options were terrible.

Absolutely nothing

Customer service was really terrible. They included services they don't offer on their booking.com listing. The room was also much smaller than expected, smelly, and there were tiny cockroaches running around. The staff were very clueless on how to interact with customers. The general manager was very rude while the manager was very inconsequential in resolving any complaints. The experience was extremely underwhelming.

Staff made the effort to address the issues we had,

The room view was supposed to be sea but was a building site,. The AC in the gym was not working and we had to tell them to fix it. The breakfast was of a poor standard.The pool was very dirty and we asked them to clean it.

Lovely staff. The hotel has good amenities as well. The location is excellent, and the apartment block is also gated, so it's quite secure. There is a spa and a pool on site which made our stay even better. Breakfast was also ok.

The food was delectable and the restaurant staffs were amazing. The pool was all clean and cool not forgetting the Spa with the foreign therapists. The front desk were always willing to help and gave me more ways than one to return.

They should provide prices for the artworks cos I liked to purchase some of them.

Bad customer service

They offered my room to someone else, and I was forced to pay for an upgrade as it was too late looking for another hotel. They also moved my things to another room the next day while i was out and about without my consent. The manager blamed everyone except himself. Other staff were ok, but the front desk manager has no business being one.

Nothing about them is good poor customer service and the pool is so dirty

They didn’t keep to the agreement of 2 breakfast after making payment for it. And they charge higher just to give you morning breakfast in your room

Noise from generator was not friendly

The location for fantastic for my purpose, and in a very quite area. The building is very private and well secured. I love the spa treatment.

The food could be better, the chicken wings I ordered were dry, and not salted, unfortunately room service did not include salt on the side.

I think the cleaning agent used on the carpets are very strong scented

I want to stay home and I like the place so much they pay for journey here the travel was included in. I took cab every where.

The money for cab expensive

A comfortable stay, good location and happy about the amneties.

The description said the room had a separate space for a living room but it didn't.

Centrally located, normally functional.

The bed was low and the sockets are not smart. It was difficult to use current C3 adapters for phones and laptops

The food was tasty

The unfriendly staff who don't know they are in hospitality business. The tv channels provided minimal. Kids were considered in TV subscription my 7yr old daughter was miserable as she could not watch kids channels.The breakfast was very minimal

The bed was heavenly! Fluffy pillows, body-friendly mattress and caressing beddings. Breakfast was very good, not too few, not too many selections. Quiet neighbourhood, lovely ambience. I look forward to staying at the property on my next visit.

Swimming pool and breakfast!

I don't like anything about your place.So disappointed with the treatment. The bed in the room was small.The food served as breakfast lack variety. The service at the restaurant was so casual.I paid #72,000:00 for a room and I was still made to pay for my wife's breakfast.Too bad.It was not of any value for money.I do not wish to visit your facility again.Hotel of less price gives good complimentary breakfast for too on Victoria Island and Ikoyi.You need to readdress the issues raised

All I mentioned above are what I don't like about your hotel.The reception area is not inviting and fascinating. Too chocked up.Hotel of that size in that neighbourhood need to have a pleasant reception area.There is no activity in the hotel aside coming in to sleep.It's so dry.You need to create activities in the facility.

royal residencies was an excellent hotel. i loved the staff, and it was very clean and safe.
