It was clean. Great price.

The lack of attention to detail. Why are there wires hanging out of the ceiling everywhere? Why is the room numbers direction sign on the floor? Where are the hands towels in the bathroom? Why do you need to leave your key at the front before leaving? Why are ppl going in my room to clean after I specifically requested at the desk for my room to not be cleaned because I had valuable things laying around?

Location and modern amenities

Poor customer service, the restaurant food wasn’t great and faulty amenities made my stay inconvenient. For instance they have water issues. Water wouldn’t run sometimes or the water heater won’t work so no hot water to shower with. Staff also called at odd hours in the morning to confirm payment which was rather rude. Bias staff towards certain customers.

I liked the fact that there was Netflix for me to watch, didn't almost want to leave cos of it.

I didn't like the fact that their telephones weren't working, had to change rooms thrice cos the AC wasn't cooling.no rail to hang towels in the bathroom, no slippers in the rooms

Nice neat affordable place,but no internet service as construction was still on going.Breakfast was served for only one person even though,two booked and we weren't told at checking in we have to pay for second.The breakfast was quite poor and the kitchen staff need training.

The rooms are very neat. The couch in the room is very comfortable

Very lil maintenance work needs to be done, pop, bathroom tiles, but overall the rooms are very nice and very comfortable.

I like the location, the rooms are clean however the management needs to adopt the idea of leaving more than 1 towel in the room

Overall, the service by staff is on the average

The rooms are new, and super functional. I like that the bathrooms even have floor mats.I love the smart TV plan and the Internet was super fast for a Nigerian mid range hotel.I was upgraded because the room,I booked was unavailable, so that was super considerate

I didn't get complimentary breakfast and food I ordered eventually took 1 hour 30minutes. Considering,I got it less than 20 minutes before checkout, it was super annoying that I was called to check.out like they didn't delay food.I advise they be more honest about waiting time, next time with food.

Great location, excellent customer service, very kind and helpful staff. Quiet location with available parking. It was a good experience. Will definitely be going back.

It is a great location with easy access to all places on the Victoria Island. There’s ample parking space and majority of staff are courteous.. Overall, it’s a secure serene environment.

But their services could be improved upon. Some broken facilities were not attended to; e.g. the intercom in our room was not working all through our stay. We had to resort to asking the reception to help communicate with the kitchen via the mobile phone.

The ambient serenity and new building and good pool

I didn’t like I was manipulated to make payment for hotel I didn’t budget for initially base on their website they claim wasn’t functioning well.. after few hours I lodge I was told the amount I paid is not the price for the room that it was for their surulere location not Victoria island. Please make sure of your location b4 bookingBut the mattress was to hard for my body causing pain I had to change hotel. For some is a good bed Bcus is new

The location was beautiful and clean. Beautiful decor. Very excellent staff

The restaurant leaves a lot to beg for ?. I ordered coffee & it was just ridiculous. The dude showed up with Nescafé mini sachet and charged me con artist salary ???.

The location was perfect. A stones throw to the stores and the banks. Just perfect.

The fact that construction is still on going at the hotel. Occasional banging and knocks every now and then. The Wi-Fi didn't get to the room. I had to work from the lobby. There was no hot water in the bathroom. The AC is directly opposite the bed, that's a bad spot to install an AC.

Everything about the Hotel is superb. The room is clean, the environment is very good for security purpose and the staffs are wonderful and helpful. Kudos.

The property was generally good. I expected two beds though based on what was on the website for standard rooms. Met one bed.

All was good expect for the frequent power outages. They were restored almost immediately, but power outages always for such a fine hotel in a place like VI should not be happening. Also, adequate cleaning should be done. I saw women’s almost everywhere- bed, pillow, bathroom.

It's new,so everything is still super clean. The sheets and towel are still white. There is a bidet, that's a plusThe location is great as it's off Adeola Odeku, so it makes it easier to get around. There is also a restaurant next door

The staff weren't very friendly and one was apparently rude to my guest. I had to change room 3 times. The first time was because they put me in a bigger room cos the one I booked was unavailable. I think it was weird to then move me out the next day and at a very short notice for that matter.The second move was because the room they then moved me to had a super noisy air conditioning. Even though there were two guests, I had to call to get a second towel which for me was not it. There was also only the big towel, no hand towel or a place for it, no face towel either.The roo.s had to dustbin and no tissue box. The last room we were put in had a weird arrangement as there was a demarcation between the bedside and the TV and sitting area. This meant that we couldn't watch TV in bed.

Breakfast was nice. Eventhough I only had one time breakfast

Calls weren't taken serious. The restaurant didn't pick calls for more than 3 times i tried.. And if they would finally pick, it would ring for a loooong time. They took time in delivering meals to the room too. They served very small soup for big swallow.

The ambience is exceptional, I also love that it is super clean.

The food is expensive but very good, they can do better with the pricing..
