Great location ie riverside, in the city, nearby night markets and also restaurants. Spacious room with cleanliness

Parking lots are pretty bad. No roof or even enough spaces for parking in hotel

Comfortable room and nice swimming pool.

Coffee and fruit juices tasted pretty awful but overall breakfast selection was ok.

This is a very nice hotel. We liked everything about it, the room design, comfortable bed, easy to use safe, quiet. Delicious breakfast buffet, tasty lunch. Excellent value. Nice pool, big enough so you can do laps. Staff were helpful, polite, professional. Arranged a private car to take us to the Koh Chang ferry, an hour away. It is a 20 minute walk to the gem market area but an easy walk, along a few different routes. Do visit the nearby wat, it's a huge place.We stayed two nights and would highly recommend this hotel if you visit Chanthaburi.

Very quiet town, not a lot to see The gem market is only open on weekends. Wish the hotel restaurant was open for dinner because it had very good food and service.

Everything is great. We’re very happy with our stay at the hotel. The room is spacious, well designed, clean, and beautiful. The balcony is spacious with the river view. Staff is exceptional. Breakfast is tasty, food was changed everyday (we stayed for 3 nights).

The pool was nice, but it’s full of mosquitoes, so you can’t really hang out there.

Sometimes local Thai properties are so strict about the number of kids staying, even with little kids. They’re not flexible. The price of extra bed is almost the same price as getting another room. I think I prefer chain hotels like Marriott or Hilton.

Pleasant location and the shower was nice and powerful

The bed and pillow was so uncomfortable that we couldn’t sleep very well. I have to say probably the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in.

Breakfast doesn't have a lot of vegetarian options. While you are near the river, views of the river are blocked by trees. At the time we went, the restaurant wasn't available for meals other than breakfast.

I enjoyed the big balcony and the size of the bathroom. Nice, big bed.Close to the weekend market. 10-15 min walk to gem street and 20 minutes walk to old community by the river.Pool area is clean and well maintained. Breakfast is fresh and contains all the common thai breakfast items plus a few western.

Stayed the one night but excellent stopover between the islands and Bangkok. Nice pool and good breakfast. Rooms were large and comfortable

By far the best hotel we stayed in on our most recent trip to Thailand. Staff were friendly. Rooms were modern, classy and huge (more like a suite than a standard room). Nice pool and facilities.

The gym was a bit of an after thought, small and dated.

Disappointing

The hotel is quite old and tired and the location is quite difficult to find and there is not very good parking. The room was of a reasonable size but not terribly clean. The bathroom layout was not very practical.

It’s clean

The staff treated customers well as their job, not their mind. When we checked out, no any staff offer to help us to carry baggages. We had never gotten offering kindness from staff here.

Got upgraded into Jacuzi room, location is great ease to go anywhere in Chantabubi.
