Room is a bit dusty. Also facilities need refurbished.

The location was great and that’s about it.

Went with my family and we reserved 3 rooms. None of the showers had good water pressure. One of the doors to the main room didn’t shut/lock. One of the connecting room doors was able to be accessed by a different family in the room next door, the food options for the included breakfast were limited and the food wasn’t delicious. Overall the location was the only thing good about the hotel. Overpriced and underserved.

Worn and old, all care of the hotel was abandoned. Really no hotel I can recommend.

The TV only had 1 channel. Couldn’t change the channels. The AC kept shutting off.

Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful garden. Kids friendly swimming pool. Late breakfast until 11:00am. Near the beach. Large parking. Near convenience store.

Overprice for the overall experience.Room 1 had no hot water. We changed room, room 2 had intermittent pressure (sometimes no water at all). Too little amenities (soap etc). Restaurant was missing lots from the menu and was unreasonably expensive for Thai food.

Pool really nice. Breakfast very average.

Odd neglect of simple things that could be cleaned up and look much better easily. By the pool there was a big orange garbage bag the whole time. And rusty maintenance tricycle both right at the pool edge. Blue pipe garbage just around the pool and drain hoses where ever you walk. Is there a manager or grounds person that can think and care about simple things ti make the facilities 100x better with just a little more effort. But for me that is typical of my Thai hotel experiences. I am foreigner living in Thailand with my Thai family.

The beach and the restaurant

The hotel is based on a lovely safe beach and the swimming pool and the grounds were exceptional. The food for breakfast and in the Blues River Bar was excellent. Both good value and great thai food. The ponds with coy carp and other fish were great to see as was the other local wild life birds and butterflies. It was very relaxing holiday and in great location.

The location on the beach is perfect. Rooms are good, clean and all was in good working order. Nice and maintained garden.Beach facilities were perfect.

Without advising us, the rooms were not cleaned during our stay without the "clean room" sign hanging outside on the door knob.Check-in time was 2 pm. When we finally went to our room around 2:30 pm, it was still dirty and not cleaned.Internet poor and intermittent in the rooms. Plenty of mosquitos in the room.Breakfast was limited and we constantly had to ask for refills. The staff was not replenishing items before they were empty. Running out of bread at 8:30 am is not exceptable.The problem is lack of any management staff present on the premisses, resulting in the staff not having the right motivation and probably training required to make this a perfect hotel.

Bad service in the restaurant, staff did not clean up the used tables/ talked together in the kitchen / behind the buffet.Did not care about the customer at all ! No automatic refill, had to ask to do so ( eggs/ vegetables/ fruits/ tee bags / coffee ) Had always breakfast at 8.30 am , means not at the last minute or before closing at 10.00 am On the last day during the breakfast the bread was finished at 9 .00 am , no replenish ! On all days There was no supervisor who watched the staff ! Management was missing! The toilet seat in my bathroom was broken, informed the reception, till my departure nobody repaired!
