- The hotel staff were all helpful and polite, it was clean (apart from the stained towels and bedding), the shower was good and had hot water. We had 2 free bottles of water put in our room each day. The reception staff called a taxi for us

- Bed sheet no replace. Dirty and many hairs.Room is smelly and humid.Water pressure is very low. Was in #202 balcony door cannot lock. So i changed to #22,the bed is dirty and have hairs.Moved to #33 tv is not clear cannot watch.Breakfast cant be found as i bookedTowel looked dirty and a bit old.We paid for 2 nights but we stay only one night and left.
- Assigned dirty, used, uncleaned room at check-in and forced to carry all our luggage back to reception. Hard bed, uncomfortable. Clogged drains, many ants in room, very noisy, no sound insulation from outside.
- I think we got what we paid for really, although the stained bedding and towels were not nice... The hotel is next to a busy dual carriageway which you have to cross if you want to walk anywhere. Pavements are also full of obstacles like raised concrete, holes, low hanging cables, and low road signs that cover the width of the pavement - which you either have to duck under or step into oncoming traffic to avoid. This is not an area for English only speaking tourists, as there are not many English speaking people in the area, and the local restaurants have menus that are only written in Thai. They were very patient with us though, and we just about got by using Google Translate and pointing at pictures on the menus. One of the ladies on reception does speak very good English though.

Clean functional room. Bit far from main centre and quite noisey. Could hear others people's TV until late so only good if you can sleep through that. Good value for money.
