Clean & bright rooms with good wifi connections. Good housekeeping & most helpful hotel staff. Checking in & out was a breeze & the access card system is well thought out.

Rooms were slightly smaller than expected & the aircon compressor can be a bit noisy if it is not well maintained. Could do with a hot water boiler for the room as well.

Nearness to center of town, and very convinient.

The shower. When shower, everything is wet. The glass door needs to be bigger.

An excellent, modern, functional hotel. Everything worked properly, the bed was comfortable, the shower was hot, the staff were helpful and there was free coffee in the lobby every morning.

Nothing really, they didn't do laundry, but that's a minor quibble.

Very clean and comfortable. Slept like a baby. Located near a big park where I could go and spend a nice relaxing day. Lots of interesting places to see nearby like the markets. Having Grab services was a plus point. I really enjoyed the free hot drinks in the morning from 6.00 to 11.00. You can have Americano, cappuccino, hot chocolate or mocha. Overall, this place is well organized. It seems popular too judging by the constant stream of guests arriving every day. Worth the price.

Would have liked to be on the upper floors instead of the ground floor where I stayed which didn't provide much privacy as the window looked out directly onto the parking. So had to keep the shade down all the time. Otherwise, everything was superb!

Condition and services don't justify the price. No kettle in the room, no coffee, no hairdryer,no toiletries. balcony too small. Hardly one person can go there. No restaurant in the hotel. Coffee available until noon in the lobby. Very small lobby area with uncomfortable chairs. Same style as 711 chairs to drink coffee.The chair in the bedroom makes nerve wracking noise when you try to move it,which woke me up when the room bellow me pushed the chairs around.I suggested to the receptionist padding on the chairs legs. No English channel.Wifi didn't work for me even though the reception tried to get it to work.In the end she said the problem is with my phone. Only one chair in the room for 2. They raise the price from day to day. Funny shower setting. No door to shower area. only half glass installed. So water from the shower area would make the floor wet. Bed not the best quality. The bed springs makes noise.

Good location, friendly staff, value for money, shower was good and bed was comfortable. This is a no frills hotel, no kettle or hairdryer but good for a stopover on way to koh Chang.

Hop Inn keep their high standards wherever you find one. I've stayed in this chain before and you know you will get the same. Clean, super comfortable bed. Good quality furnishings. Fridge. TV. On suite in every room. You have the option of a lift to your floor as well as stairs. Highly recommended.

The location is close to markets but so peaceful. The room is very clean. Beds are comfortable. What I like the most is friendly supportive front office staff.

Reasonable comfort level for a price. It's budget, but predictable quality. If you are familiar with IBIS you will find it similar. Find it in many Thai cities, and usually will choose it if available. Friendly and helpful reception. Parking place available.

Rooms and building looks quite cheap and lack individuality. Only free morning coffee from the machine is provided for breakfast.

These rooms present a graduate school dorm vibe, but don't let that distract you. My room was spotless, well maintained, and surprisingly comfortable, including a softer than average bed for Thailand and much better than average shower. The location is great, right near the central park and many restaurants, and a comfortable walk to the bus station, cathedral, and riverside community areas. Good Wi-Fi. Lift. Plenty of parking. Nice touches like reusable glass water bottles (instead of plastic) and free coffee in the lobby. I can't imagine better value for money.

There aren't many international television channels in the lineup, but to be fair, I don't think Chanthaburi gets very many foreign visitors.

Great location! This hotel locates in downtown Chanthaburi. Therefore it is quite easy for business trip (even you might need a car or motorcycle). The cleanliness is accecptable!

Facilities and equipments are too basic in overall. We need to rent a hair dryer. TV are not function. There are no floor mat.
