Room and facility is ok

Noise from other room can access easily and one of our room the key card + door censor didn’t work properly, we couldn’t open door for 3-4 times.

Room is spacious for the family room with 2 bathrooms is super convenient when stay with 4 pax

The room is very tidy and cozy. I am very appreciated this hotel unlimited provide drinking water and orange juice. Breakfast is very Thai style. It is not bad. Overall I am very satisfied during my stay period.

The beds were huge, the pillows were super fluffy, and the staff were super helpful, especially booking us taxi transfers.

There was no fridge in my room.

The staff were incredibly friendly. Breakfast was a great bonus with good options. Pool is open 24hrs. The rooms are spacious and clean. The beds are soft and comfy.

There are plenty of free snacks in the lobby. You also could buy some drinks from a vending machine. The location is great, about 5-10 mins to downtown.

Breakfasts are few of choices.

Stayed for a night and was impressed by the quick check in, the unique ness of the room numbers on the roof and the monkey pillow cases, bringing the monkey theme vividly.

Very limited breakfast. Lights were not on in hallway when we went up to our room on the 4th floor. Had to tell reception and he had to turn on circuit breaker.

facilities e.g. limited of shared spaces, cause a bit noisy if a lot of groups use in same time.. Not variety of Breakfast.

Location is good for city accessible, street foods are not far. Room is good but a little tight of bathroom. Ambient is good as notified that close to the mountain. Parking is fine and seem environmental friendly.

Lighting for parking boundary may be improved in the future. Accessible via GPS has to pass small alley and getting confuse about direction. Some spare area on each floor may have sofa for getting fresh air.

Local food is good as well as weather was nice. Opening arrival good for COVID-19 comparing with close and air-con lobby lounge. Street foods are not far from hotel as well as parking lot is close to sustainable idea.

Rest Room need more hangers and ventilation shall be always opened. Fencing for parking lots can let visitors feel safe and understand hotel boundary. Slope for trolley can be consider using 1:12 per standard.

Bed was comfortable

The a/c was so loud we couldn’t sleep and there were lights in the room we could not turn off . No chairs on the balcony and not sure if the treadmill is a fitness facility. Trying to check out and the 3 women on reception would not go up and check our room and was trying to get hold of somebody to do who were not answering the phone. I have been in thailand for 8 years and I will not be going back to here again.
