The staff were excellent—friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming throughout our stay. The room was spacious and well designed, with a very pleasant garden view that made it feel calm and relaxing. We also really liked the hotel’s architecture, which has a lot of character and fits the setting nicely. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay, and we would happily return when we are in the area again.

The breakfast was very unremarkable. Even though it was included, we completely skipped it on the second day because it wasn’t appealing. There were also a few maintenance issues in the room: the mini-refrigerator door was broken and fell off its hinges, the shower valve to switch between the rain shower and the hand wand did not work, and the shower door was installed in a way that made it awkward to open and exit the very small shower. None of these were major problems, but they do need staff attention.

We really enjoyed our stay. The architecture is beautiful and gives the resort a lot of character, the room was spacious and very well designed, and the gardens are lush and relaxing. The staff were excellent throughout our stay—friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. Overall, a very comfortable and pleasant place to stay, and we would happily return.

The breakfast was unremarkable to the point of being a negative for an otherwise very nice property. There was also some road noise from the main highway, although the double-glazed glass helped reduce it significantly.

The staff were very polite and helpful. The room we got was clean and in good condition. We had a dinner in the hotel once and it was SO GOOD!!

Breakfast was good. They made to our preference. Small portion on each, however e have whatever we like on the menu, so it was good to have small portion to try out different dishes. Great breakfast overall.

Comfortable hotel. WiFi quite good. Breakfast nothing too special, but ok, with enough choices to start a day. Very clean and spacey room. Kettle in the room. Good fridge. Good water pressure. Nice big swimming pool with clean water. Good parking. Older staff not that friendly, they seemed bored. Younger staff obviously shy :), but helpful.

The quality of massage service in the spa has not been so good. It's probably the worst I got in Thailand.I am sure it was not a good day for the massause.

Check in staff were too lazy to arrange for 2 single beds to be pushed together. I did it myself took 5 minutes.Other wise very good. Restaurant excellent as ever and good service too

Great location near the city and shopping areas, with a shuttle to the market. Clean rooms, peaceful garden view, and fresh air. Full facilities — gym, pool, sauna, Wi-Fi. Staff were friendly, easy to communicate with, and very helpful. Really enjoyed my stay.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The bed was soft and made for a good night’s sleep.The staff were friendly, polite, and always willing to help — excellent service all around.The location is very convenient, close to local attractions, restaurants, and easy to get around.It’s definitely great value for money — perfect for both leisure and business stays.Wi-Fi was fast and stable throughout my stay, which was really helpful for getting work done.Overall, I was very satisfied and would happily stay here again!

Great staff and lovely rooms but it is noisy due to the proximity to the highway. Definitely request rooms away from the busy road.

This hotel is very convenient and great value for money. It has a great location, close to shopping areas and tourist attractions, with free shuttle service. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-equipped. The staff provides excellent service. The breakfast is diverse and delicious. The price is reasonable for what you get. If you're looking for a convenient and value-for-money stay, this hotel is definitely worth it.

We had booked 5 nights and ended up adding 2 nights… twice! (so 9 days in Feb 25).General location & surrounding: The location is very good. The resort is easy to access by car, with ample parking (but it’s better to have a car or use taxis). It’s only a 10-15 min drive to most places in town and 30min-1 hour from most interesting sites around town (seafront, national parks, etc) Although our room window was facing the Sukhumvit road, the back garden is quite large and there is hardly any traffic at night. We were not bothered by noise.Comfort & Bedding & Storage: Our Deluxe King room was very spacious with a sitting area & terrace facing the garden. The bed was good (firm), but the pillows are gigantic and firm (as in most hotels in Thailand), I used one of the smaller cushions in a pillow cover.There was hanging space and some shelves for clothing, and a desk. Pool: The pool is enormous and clean, fantastic for doing laps. The are only a handful of sunbeds, it was not an issue on most days as a lot of independent travellers or guided tour guests do not stay long enough to lie around the pool. Breakfast (& restaurant):Breakfast selection is quite large, with egg and noodle station, fresh vegetables and fruits, fruit juice made on demand, it includes oriental and western options. If vegan, the kitchen can make a noodle or rice dish on demand. (I felt I had enough to choose from off the buffet, so I did not make this request). The restaurant has quite a large Thai menu (and a few western options) including a whole page of tofu dishes.The staff was very efficient for refilling the buffet, serving coffees and cleaning up the tables.Condition & cleanliness: The hotel is spotless and well maintained. Wifi: We used mix of Wifi and local SIMStaff & Service: Staff is present and ready to assist, we appreciated their service attitude and kindness.Value for money: Excellent.

We enjoy your breakfast the most and surprise that you have healthy drink (น้ำผักผลไม้แยกกาก)...also variety of delicious food. I will help to promote your hotel....When we saw your website, it is not interesting but just look OK for me. However, at the end, we are very impressed your food and friendly staffs. Ummm, one more thing to share, your staff bring us with Tuk Tuk to 7-11 shop for buying things so we enjoy short trip at night.....THank you.

Bfast could be better, considering they hv a group tour, having bfast...not much choice n no refill
