Surin Majestic Hotel

This is now one of my favorite hotels in Surin! ?It was a wonderful experience! The room was spacious, overlooking the pool. The pool is very nice, with comfortable sun loungers around it. The bathroom ? makes the stay feel like home. The location is excellent. The breakfast is good – it has everything you need, and the European style is wonderful. The hotel staff is very friendly, speaks English, and is very polite.P.S.: since it was January 1st, New Year's, I even received a nice compliment in the form of delicious cookies. ? Small thing, but made my day. Thanks a lot, Surin Majestic!

Excellent breakfast, including real coffee machine serving capuccino

Very noisy air condition

Good location, next to the bus station and in a walking distance from the railway station. Clean room, impeccable services.

I gave this hotelA good rating last time and nothing really has changed The only faff is having them check the room before you checkout even there is no minibar !

We always enjoy staying here as it is in a good location, the staff is friendly, and it is good value for money.

Nothing really

A little old fashioned, but the best location, extremely friendly staff - you always feel very welcomed and good value for money!

Staff were friendly very professional breakfast really good location right in the heart of the city at the regional bus station 270meters from the train station perfectly positioned

Everything was good

Great location ,nice staff , good food ,

Location, friendly staff

Useless shower which had to be repaired but still very low pressure and only lukewarm water

Swimming pool was clean, and good for the eyes.

Not easy for elderly folk to get in and stand in a bathtub. A walk in shower would help.Tatty black out curtains didn't fully do their job.

Big hotel with 24 hour front desk and good staff. Good restaurant and excellent breakfast .Good location in town

Bed was hard and pillows too big and hard and no pillow choices .Decor pretty dated and needs upgrading

Very good roomGood breakfast Friendly staff10 mins walk to railway station Very big clean swimming poolNext to bus station

The landing outside the rooms is open and when we arrived there was a lot of flies to walk through-this was expected to be fair

Rooms were decent size. Beds comfortable. 2 water bottles per occupant, coffee and tea provided. Also toilet paper always kept plentiful (and I say this because at one hotel had to keep going to desk and pleaded for more) Very quiet throughout. Breakfast was small buffet, but adequate and included bacon which I found generally lacking in most hotels I have been in. Also had a cook to order egg station Staff wonderfully friendly and helpful. Very very large and inviting swimming pool too.

If there was anything I could say negativly would be that the pool was open until 8pm but had no lights in the pool and the outside lighting was very very dim. .almost like swimming in the dark. We did not go at night for that reason. Also the air-conditioner was excellent at cooling, but very very loud.

Great location with food and massage opportunities within walking distance. Also our children loved the huge pool

We liked everything

It had a nice structure and layout. Pool was great. Staff was very nice. Breakfast was very good.

The shower allowed only 100% scalding hot or 100% cold. I am convinced that the water heater is set up incorrectly, although I could not get anyone to agree. Honestly, I would not stay here again for this one reason.

Location Friendly helpful staffGreat swimming poolFantastic breakfastTea & coffee facilities

Their payment machine would not accept my card on arrival ended up using my cash The shower, impossible to get warm water, it was extremely hot or cold you only had to turn it 1mm and it would be too hot or turn it back 1mm and it was too cold

Breakfast excellent location good staff friendlyAll ok

all ok

I am glad I chose this hotel for my stay here. It turned out to be one of the best in Surin. The best thing about this hotel for me is the location. Conveniently located next to the bus station and train station, It offers a direct pick up/drop off service from Buri Ram airport at a very reasonable price (400 THB).The room was very clean. The hotel is not state of the art but still has all the facilities including a large pool, gym etc.Hot running water around the clock.Breakfast was good, there was a buffet with some Thai dishes and a normal English breakfast. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful, whether at reception or in the restaurant. You can also rent a bike at the hotel for a reasonable price.Overall very happy with the experience. I will definitely choose the Surin Majestic Hotel on my next trip to Surin.

Decent price, reasonable pool on very hot days (43’C) that was very welcome. Nearby food. Will probably use again.

Nothing really to complain about at this price point.

Friendly staff, clean spacious room, Lovely we’ll keep poolExceptional English breakfast
