Pugdee Hotel

Beautiful open space and entrance. Very spacious room/toilet, comfortably accommodated me and my three friends. Car park very spacious and convenient. Right next to a small Tesco Lotus to buy snacks in the evening. Very nicely prepared breakfast box.

Sheets contained a few stains, but at this price point we did not mind.

bedroom - clean and comfortable. location - near supermarket and convenient store.

wash basin- too small and narrow, uncomfortable.

The staff member when we first arrived was very helpful. She helped us write down some vegetarian food for the restaurant nearby. My husband and son’s room was very nice (3rd floor) the larger double room.

Some of the rooms are nice but some haven’t been refurbished. We booked the more expensive rooms but mine didn’t have any hot water. I asked to move room but they only had a twin with no bath on the same floor as the rest of my family. So they moved me downstairs but these rooms are old and not renovated (2nd floor). The room the offered wasn’t renovated and not properly cleaned. I tried to communicate with the staff in the morning but she didn’t want to acknowledge any problem. I asked to have breakfast but she just ignored me. Very strange for Thailand.

Really spacious and confortable room and bathroom, nice and well kept outside area, friendly staff and good breakfast. We had a great time here!

Location, facilities are ok for the area.

Cleanliness esp on the balcony. Rails on stairs need to be cleaned. Leaking in the bathroom from the sink .

Plenty of parking, clean room. Breakfast is decent.

Price is slightly high compared to other hotels in the area. Quite basic facilties.

the room although small was quite comfortable. AC is always a big plus in tropical countries and also useful small fridge where you can find a cool water. Big thanks for receptionist that allowed me to keep my baggage in the back room after my check out.

it’s not that there wasn’t clean but thorough cleaning is needed. there was a dust under the bed and windows would need some work.

noisy, very terrible. the staff of lotus near by moving good and play music loudly at 1am.

We were only there for one night but it was fine for a stop over, there was easy parking and restaurants and 7/11's nearby.

The bathroom was very small.
