Staff was unfriendly, rooms were outdated and very warm. Beds were uncomfortable and the shower was weak and cold.

I didn’t tell them it was my birthday but they went out of their way do make me a toast cake with fresh fruit and ice cream and sang happy birthday to me. Comfortable, great atmosphere great staff and service

Breakfast was good but basic. Choices were limited.

I did not like the location of my room on the 2nd floor where the lights of the cars shone in the window. My AC was really finicky and it took the bellman 6 or 8 minutes to get it to work. Then the batteries died in the remote and I could not adjust the temperature. Funny now, but when I was trying to adjust the temp I was in a foul mood. LOL!

Decent hotel, used it for a overnight between two travel days. Lots of nice local restaurants nearby, nice pool, plenty of parking space

The hotel have hosted wedding ceremonies and seminar during 3 days 2 nights we stayed.Firstly, the weddings occurred super early in the morning (before 8am) both 2 days that we stayed. The second night was the worst because it included Khan Maak Procession (occurred around 8am and last until 11am). Also, the first night they had traditional wedding celebration with the maximum volume of speaker.Lastly, the breakfast was terrible for the hotel price range. I went down 9.30 am the food 97% almost gone and they didn’t refilled. And the first morning we can only sat down at one specific table due to there was a seminar later in the same room and they already prepared the rest tables for that. I didn’t say your hotel is bad but I dont’t think it’s fair for us (who didn’t come here for wedding) if you want us to spent this amount of money to stay here under these circumstances that I explained above.

Amazing staff! We arrived in late at night and a hotel staff member kindly picked us up from the train station! Room was big , lovely bathroom , only stayed one night as we were going to the islands so didn’t get to see any of chumphon!

The evening meal in the Loft Mania Lounge was very nice. A pity they ran out of beer after 3 bottles.The Lounge itself was very pleasant and the young lady who ran the bar was lovely.

The breakfast was terrible. Very little choice and everything was really cold.While the bedding was clean the pillows were badly stained and the mattress was hard.The room was small and very basic.
