Nana Beach Hotel

The AC was very nice as well as the breakfast buffer.

I was looking forward to swimming in the beautiful pool, however I was immediately disappointed with the turbidity level of the water. While you could still see the bottom drain,it was cloudy. What a shame. This is a resort that is showing signs of deferred maintenance. For example, the bathroom sink faucet was very loose and lacked proper fittings. Sidewalks have cracked to the point of being unsafe in areas. In its day, I’m sure this was a destination resort.

The location and peacefulness are amazing. The beach is clean and food and drinks are nearby.

They could not provide and iron/ironing board and there was almost no first aid kit available.

The hotel offered a variety of food for breakfast. The resort has ample parking and well located to reach the beach and other restaurants. The room and bathroom were very spacious, good lighting and plenty of electric sockets. The pool and gardens were nice and very tidy.

The wifi was awful in truth and problematic throughout the holiday. Some staff were friendly but one or two could learn some basics in hospitality tourism. Maybe a few more trees would provide some shade and privacy.

Outdated bathroom

The bungalows were awesome, great location proximity to the beach, staff were very helpful. Breakfast was delicious, dinner on the beach was great.

This is a wonderful resort on a beautiful stretch of beach. The bungalow seemed brand new - clean and comfortable . The pool was great and breakfast was included. The hotel is a little far from shops etc however they provided a tuk tuk to take us to the 7-11 . You can also rent motorcycles if you need to. Close to Chumphon airport which was very handy - we would like to have stayed longer than 2 nights!

The staff were pleasant. Hotel was clean. Bedroom was good. Breakfast was good. Situated opposite the beach which was nice. Very calm and nice village next to the sea. On the whole a very nice experience.

Nearest cash machine, 7 eleven etc 2.5 kms. Had to rent scooter to get there. Bolt or Grab didn't seem to work there. Difficult to find reasonably priced transport to next destination.

Great location, clean and comfortable bed. Nice swimming pool. Good breakfast. We had dinner at the seaside restaurant and it was tasty .

The staff were not very friendly

Quiet location with a beautiful beach just in front of the hotel. Relaxing atmosphere and local places where to eat.

We very much enjoyed the peace. It’s not your place if are looking for party.

the beds were unfortunately far too soft for me. the felt like a half filled water bed and didn't give me any good sleep

It was pretty and clean landscape. It was right across the street from the beach.

This was one of our most expensive resorts on our bike trip, but the facilities around the pool and garden were very rundown. We expected more for the price. The room was clean and well kept, but walking around the pool deck, and on other areas felt very unsafe because there were so many rotten Areas of wood that needed to be replaced. They also had a nice buffet, but when we asked for an omelette at the egg cooking area, they said there were none, even though we could see all of the eggs and omelette, making materials right there. I guess the cook forgot to show up. Overall, this Resort needs a facelift and some staff that really take pride in working there. Really great pizza right next-door though!

I felt like the decking around the pool area was unsafe.

The management team, led by Aaay, were amazing. Breakfast catered for Western Taste and Asian.

Nothing could have been better.

Rather upmarket and large resort right on the beach, mostly catering for the Thai market. Nice leafy aspect and recently renovated.Try the beachfront cafe for lunch or dinner : breakfast spread in the hotel pretty good(but limited western choice). Large rooms and hard beds that were well above the average standard.Well situated for the handful of local shops and resteraunts.

Nit picky stuff: the car park was too small: lighting in the rather spartan bathroom frustrating. It's expensive compared to the local competition but was still good value overall, mainly because of the beach proximity.
