Location was great. Easy to find.

I didn't receive any information about the complementary breakfast from staff. Really bad behavior.

Service needs to improve. The safe locker was locked and requested to open no one came even after 3 reminders. Centralized AC was not that effective need to keep it on before check in especially in summer. Bathroom towels look very old and HK needs to clean the bathroom corners found dirt Don't allow guests to make noise in the room it's a disturbance for other guests staying. 5 tn floor people are singing loudly even after 10 pm...

The breakfast is good and excellent service. Near to Kochi Airport.

Housekeeping very poor. Very old building cracks in wall tiles and floor in bath. AC frequently cut off by the staff to save power. Not at all clean.

The hotel was actually very nice and the staff were very helpful. The room was spacious and the bathroom was decent but they forgot to clean the bathtub so they lost a point.

The staff room nearby was very loud so couldn't go to sleep until the noise finished at midnight apart from that the bathtub was not cleaned properly.Still a decent hotel and worth the price I paid at the tune.

It was a big comfortable room. The staffs were good.The location was good. All amenities are close to this property. Air condition was good.Breakfast was very tasty. I will definitely suggest this property to my friends.

The bathtub in the bathroom is useless. The comfort of the bathroom has decreased by leaving it unnecessarily. And the switch on the shower tape in the bathroom is terribly tight.

Very noisy at corridor every time, staff don't care about guests in the rooms, they standing in corridor and talking very loudly, coffee maker very dirty, not cleaned,

Property is quite old. Need some renovation and paintings. Didn't see a bedsheet.

Location, very close to the railway station /airport and reasonably quite area. Tariff also reasonable. 24 hours checkout is very good.

Can be definitely more clean.

Very unhygienic place with ants in rooms no AC working. Wash rooms are not cleaned and even soap provided in washroom was used . Really disappointed. Will never recommend
