ANNA Residency

Quiet location but next to the airport and good restaurants

The staff were friendly and welcoming and it was really clean. Close to a good restaurant and the airport too.

Good location Clean

Mosquito and bed bugs.

Very close to the airport. I didn't have a view from my room but from the balcony of the hotel there was a beautiful and peaceful view........ to make you forget that you were close to an airport

A little bit of dust in the armoire

I chose this hotel because it was not a big price, it was the closest hotel to the airport (15 min walk). The room was clean, comfortable bed, air conditioning and quiet

Close to the airport, quiet, spacious

We had to wait for the room to be prepared after our arrival at 3am, even though we made the booking early on the previous day.

Very close to the airport. 10 min walk to the terminal. Clean and easy.

Good location near the airport, 15 minutes walking, some restaurants nearby.Free drinking water dispenser.

Room infested with mosquitoes, impossible to sleep.Mosquito screens broken, holes everywhere.Room was very hot, fan was extremely noisy.Had to insist several times on getting a bill issued. Can't recommend.

Close to the airport, nice room size with desk. Very good for budget travelers. Allowed us to stay 4 hours after check out

Not that I didn't like it but worth noting as not shown on booking.com.... Extending past check out time is 200 p/h, then the hotel transfer is 200.

Great location for airport and they provide taxi to airport any time, day or night for 300rp.Quite a few local places to eat, but no attractions. This is purely to use when flying in or out

proximity from the airport, 10 minutes walk.At least the sheets were clean!

The bathroom smelt very moldy. The floor stayed wet. There was no hot water. I had to take a cold shower before leaving.I asked for a quiet room, but it was just near an open restaurant, it felt like trying to sleep in a noisy crowd.

Close and convenient to the airport. From the outside it looks nice, the reception is modern.

The towels and sheets in the room were stained. Made us feel gross.

Great Location, very near to airport. Staffs were very helpful. The airport pickup service with a small additional fee is worth. I will definitely choose again.

Near to airport

I misplaced my shirt and unable to get it back . Water disrupted in the morning. Had difficulty for wash up. Electricity blackout, need to come down the stairs

Very very worst

Bed sheets pillows room very bad smell no hot water

The hotel was fine for what it is - close to the airport. There was staff even when I left early morning so check-out was very simple.

Not very soundproof - there was a lot of noise from the hallways in the middle of the night.

Location and parking

TV was not working

Location of the property is good.

The staff..They are charging for a guest who was there for 30 mins. They were asking for cash payment, to make this payment as their pocket money.

There was no breakfast on offer. No restaurant at the hotel

The AC in the room was not working properly and the remote was not working . The bathrooms were stinky and not clean. We had asked for twin sharing bed but were provided with a double bed.

Very near to airport; nearby to quite a few restaurants; peaceful location; nice though not excellent surroundings; accessible to commuting services.

A bit cleaner; a better trained staff would be appreciable, though the present ones are not bad.
