Room was very hot, no drinking water. Poor room serviceNot clean beddings.

It’s not hotel, it just a kind of 1 bhk lodge. I visited the property from Kochi Airport, by Ola it took 600+ (to make you aware of location) .I reached at 11:30 pm the staff was awake that was good thing

No cleaniness . There were 3 members accompanying me but they didn’t provide extra bed however they already charged for it. Cafeteria was too small,Reception was too small, food wasn’t good taste.

Excellent food with affordable prices. Customer service was exceptional. Any issue brought to their notice was attended to immediately, to the satisfaction of the customer. Just 2 km away from the airport, nice location.

The road leading to the airport is a bit narrow.

Overpriced!!! 4000.00 INR per night for 3 pax family including breakfast & dinner was HEAVILY OVERPRICED while compared to the quality of the room facilities, room comforts, and the food items served in breakfast & dinner !!!

Very disgusting hotel services. First of all when we checked in that time there was no electricity 2nd when we asked them they say its like this only almost 2days like this only.rooms are very small and hotel corridor smell like hospital .food taste wise ok but no cleanness flies are everywhere in restaurant.breakfast buffet served cold.no fuel under the foodpan to keep food warm.it was too irritating.i will not recommend this hotel.

Very near to International Airport

WiFi was not working, when WiFi was active, the speed was miserable. The cable TV inside this particular 'Suite' Room was not working as the Hotel failed to pay n Recharge and when questioned about the non availability of the cable TV network inside the suite room, the Staff arrogantly demanded that I pay extra to enjoy this service. I was not given the "bill" or ' Invoice' for the stay...The amount I had reserved included Breakfast and Dinner, but no any food was provided..I had to pay cash and no any Invoice issued to me..Very Rude Arrogant Staff..Literally a Scam....Not At All Worth the money paid!,even the basic Toilet Kit not kept inside the washroom of this so called 'Suite Room'!

Had a great experience before, so booked again. But made me to regret my decision. ?

I booked the hotel with compliment airport shuttle. I booked it for my parents, because they had to travel on the next day to airport . The hostel staff made them pay for the taxi during check out time, then arranged a car to the airport and the cab driver took another 400 from my parents as car rental. I came to know abt it later. Though my airport shuttle was a compliment to my executive suit room booking, the made me to pay twice for the same reason. Really felt bad.

I didn't like this hotel ...Very bad attitude from staff , bathroom is not clean , ac not working properly, tv channel is out-of-date .I don't know , you guys could take any action against this property , but I will sure suggest , with family please don't go for this property . very bad ??

Location is fine. But entire room was not ok, I already requested to make the room dust free but I don't think so. And Toilet is really ugly ? and flush was not working. I complained about this issue to the reception but they didn't responded.
