Ebenezer Plaza

Excellent service, I will recommend other travelers too. Nice place to stay and close to air port.

Room was clean and comfortable. They picked us up from the airport and the staff was nice.

Couldn’t pay with card.

Near to airport and shuttle service, friendly staff, Value for money

near airport

i didnt like the guy who pick me up from the airport he wasn't polite.

Late flight arrival but no problem with my free pickup and got me a tuk tuk to go

I arranged the room my father and mother, who were never checked in to Hotel alone by themselves before. So, clearly they knew nothing about the process. The staffs were really friendly and helped them with patience in each step. They were very supportive and helpful. Will definitely book again whenever required.Thankfully,Vani

Best Budget hotel nearby Kochi Airport. They provide a good breakfast. The staff is very attentive and provides fast service. This hotel don't have any in-house restaurant, but they allow outside food. There's a menu card of an outside restaurant kept in the room, they will deliver it, but it is expensive. For Lunch and dinner, it's advisable to go to nearby catering services, just 100 meters walkable distance, reasonable prices and best You can buy required quantity and dine inside Rooms, hotel will provide dining plates, and they will clean it immediately after dining. All basic amenities for a pleasant stay are available. It's advisable to book Air-conditioned room only.Use Mosquito repellent while sleeping.Overall it's good for a budget travelers.

Reasonable for the money. Amenities including bedsheets, duvet and towels require changing

Location and pick up

Receptionist behaviour and nature to serve on foot.Dropping to airport is an additional benefit

Clean hotel ,big room and comfortable mattress. 1 km to the airport. Free drop off

Staff were really helpful, collecting me from the airport free of charge at 22:30 in the evening was such a plus. The hotel is great for a late flight in or early flight out as it’s so close to the airport. Room was big and comfortable

Heard a lot of noise from neighbours, think the walls are very thin and in the morning a lot of guests had doors open making lots of noise and waking me up.

Very close to the airport, well maintained property, rooms were good, bathroom was clean and hygienic. They offer airport pickup/drop service.

Good for one day stay after landed at cochin as its near to airport, but cleanliness is very poor

Very close to the airport ! They keep the rooms nice and clean . The beds were comfy and the staff pleasant! Great value for money would stay again

Fantastic location with free pickup from the airport

In house canteen was missing to dine in

Helpful staff and convenient location for the airport (less than 5 minutes drive) They took me to the airport at 4am for an early flight. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and they have teapot with instant coffee and cookies. I would definetly stay again If I need to run to the airport early.

Not a big problem, but I had to pay with cash because the machine for cards wasn't working for international cards (this is very common in Kerala), the receptionist drove me to the nearby atm. So If you are staying take cash

Location was very good
