Silverstone Inn

Neat and clean room.

Rate was high compared to the property. The size was small. No restaurant inside the hotel.

Clean room and bathroom. Clean toilet. Comfortable bed with pillows. Good AC.

Lack of a restaurant in the property.

Very close to the airport if you had late flight to Kochi or should have early morning. The man from WhatsApp was very nice and polite, came to pick us up from the airport (free of charge 1 time as I understand) after 11pm. Pretty good wifi, we got one towel for 2 people, but asked about the second one without any issue. You will get complimentary bottle of water on the table. Bed was pretty comfortable.

Smell of dampness in the room. For short stay it’s ok. But for long time not sure I could stay there. As well fan is so loud and it’s not possible to change the speed. But for this price it’s a great option!

The Locationn was good

At First Customer Support was not there, They have given key to us and told us to go first floor with luggage. We our self went there, Bathroom is pathetic, exhuast fan is not working and smell from outside also coming. One bottle water was there and a single tea cover and a sugar pkt and a kettle. We asked dental kit , then they have given. We spent that night and at 5am we vacated and one good thing is they dropped us in airport.

Furniture, TV, clean bath room, clean bed

Single window without cross ventilation, just an exhaust fan alone without ventilator in bath room. A very small wash basin without elbow room close to a corner. The bad patch work for to close the futuristic split ac window. Would appreciate if AC is fitted. Wouldn't mind to pay more by 500/700 if AC is fitted.

Great location close to the airport for a reasonable price. Airport shuttle included on the price

Access to airport. Clean room. Good staff.

The a/c didn’t work all night. It was very hot, couldn’t sleep

The front desk staff named Jithu is a cool staff, whatever request is made, they will do it as quickly as possible. I don't remember the name of a lady staff, they are also very supportive. Whether couples or families, the rooms are comfortable and the atmosphere is good. Almost everything was cool

One negative thing to say is that the food delivery team provided by the hotel was not picking up the phone but there was no problem as Swiggy was available. And there was only one sugar sache and two people wanted at least four

Close to airport; clean, smooth with airport drop off; staff is fantastic

Quite a Middle Eastern style; perhaps a bit specific?!

Great place to stay near airport. Clean and comfortable rooms. Free Airport shuttle is very useful. They are very welcoming and overall great place to stay. We have stayed 4 times over our time in India and has not disappointed.

Airport area is not near main area so not much to do but great place to stay if needing to go to airport next day.

Great location next to the airport, free airport ride (only one way is free), they were super kind and helpful and stored our bags for us while we went to munnar, super clean and newly remodeled, would recommend getting a room with AC

Close to the airport, so was great for us as we landed in the middle of the night. Someone was there to get us to our room. Rooms are a fair size.

It would have been nice to have 2 towels as we were 2 per room (only one towel per room).

Location

There was only one bath towel for Two and there was no hand towel.

Very close to the airport, ideal for overnight stay to catch early morning flight

Has no restaurant

Simple transit hotel. Great value for money.

The sound of the elevator was waking me up.

Room and atmosphere, staff all are good

Toilet was not comfortable. A stinking smell was persisting. please do the needful

Location near airport

No milk powder for coffee, paid a whole day charge for an early check in . Even though it was already communicated. Small rooms .

I took it because it is two kilometers from the airport. I was pleasantly surprised, the room with a fan is very modern European style with a very friendly staff who took me to the airport for free the next day. It is recommended if you have to catch an early morning flight.

I had an excellent stay at Silverstone Inn! The rooms were impeccably clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, offering a perfect environment to relax. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring all my needs were met promptly. The location is ideal, especially for travelers, as it’s conveniently close to the airport. The ambiance was peaceful, making it a great place to unwind after a long journey. I also appreciated the efficient room service and the availability of amenities like free WiFi. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

We had a short stopover stay. The room and facilities were fairly new and the bed was comfortable. Plenty of hot water. About 1.3kms from the airport, and they dropped us off for free at 5AM. Their car was small, but they were happy to do 2 trips for the 4 of us and large bags
