The room was not cleaned. The bedsheets were full of stains, and the chair was missing. Complimentary water was not provided, and the toilet was dirty.

Stayed for one night. Rooms are inhygenic. Staffs are rude. Please avoid booking this hotel. The photos on Booking.com are from when the hotel first opened—don’t be misled by them.

The rooms not maintain cleanliness and suddenly changed my rooms they given another room it is totally wasted money spending the hotel

Dirty Room.Bathroom glass lover is missing which facilitate others from opposite building can see who is in the bathroom! :(See attached photo!So I covered with new paper while taking bath....!During check-out nobody was in front desk... waited >15 mts with nervous of missing to catch my Train.....!

I made the reservation online but when I called them few minutes before reaching they said they don't have the rooms. If they are not going to provide the room what is the point of listing it in bookings.com.

Very poor stay.

Nothing similar to the picture shown. Very unhygienic and even without proper door lock. The bed sheets were not changed. My stay was a completely flop one.

They are good people who.manned the reception (that includes a girl. Room is well maintained and staff are very friendly people. They bave established a routine that keeps the customer happy and comfortable. I thank them.

Rooms are reasonable price and the staff help to exchange another new room immediately. Thank You

Good Room to Sleep.

No Complimentary Breakfast and no good room service and house keeping service. Bath Room had Cockroaches inside which was not at all acceptable since having budget of Rs.2800 Per Day ?

It was near the place i wanted to go. So it was pretty convenient.

The bed was NOT clean, you could see stains on the bed sheet. The TV wasn't working.

The Room size is OK. AC is good.

Expects Shampoo, Soap and Toothpaste like other hotels provide. Room Cloth Hangers not provided. One Table and chair should be provided.

1. Hot water, room A/c was working. 2. There was ample parking3. Lift was working.4. 2 Soap cakes and 1 water bottle supplied. For 2 people, 2 water bottles might be nice but not a complaint.5. Reception staff checked the room and changed us to a room where A/c etc, were working properly and also helped us shift luggage from allotted room to the other and also provided us with alternate linen.

Stayed only overnight from 21:00 hours on 6th Jn to 0600 hours on 9th June. Hardly 9 hours out of which 6 houes we slept.1. No table to keep briefcase or clothes. Bed was only place to keep the brief case, pack / unpack.2. No chairs in the room. After bath we were forced to sit on bed, which we never do.3. No cloth hangers either in a small cupboard or bathroom.4. Very difficult access to hotel, since I checked in at 21:00 hours and night made it difficult to locate the place.5.
