The staff are polite and the room is comfortable to stay with family.Veg restaurant is on the ground floor which is advantageous for anytime dining..Overall a good experience to stay two days in Trichy.

They should dispose of the waste atleast once a day.

There's nothing to shout about

The rooms and the bed could have been better, the entire room and bed were run down, believe there is bed mites.

"Referring to the room reservation from 3rd April to 4th April, the rating and photos on Agoda do not match the actual condition when I checked in. Physically, this is not a hotel, but more like a lodge. The air conditioning is not working, and there is a sewerage smell. The telephone also doesn't work. The mattress and pillows have a bad odor, and I believe they have never been replaced. I feel that Agoda should verify every review as I suspect some may be paid reviews. Hotels like this need regular renovations and upgrades. It’s not acceptable to keep the property with the same fittings, beds, and pillows for 20 or 30 years.I hope Agoda will consider refunding me, as I checked in on the same day.

No proper maintenance

Smelly bathroom, No male house keeping to carry luggage, very expensive for the amenities available.

Nice room. Near to restaurants and the sights we wanted to see especially the rock temple. Lively area. Friendly staff.

The bathrooms are not very clean, stains all over the bathroom wall and very smelled. Appreciated if they have cleaned it out. Cleaning needs to be upgraded

Poor experience and advise not to choose this hotel as a preferred one

Dirty, no towels, no shampoo, in fact the hotel person instructed us to use body soap as shampoo. Actually what we see in the website is not the same in reality.

It’s really convenient. Shopping is just walking distance. The staff and owner are very friendly and helpful. Our family will always book this residency when ever we are here.

Restaurant food and staff: Very tasty food and good service. The Manager was very helpful and friendly

Rooms: Very small with additional bed you can't move around. Deluxe double room and Superior double room are almost the same size and only one blanket for an extra bed (to cover the bed only) and no towel provided in one room. The wardrobe was locked and was not usable, Had to keep our cloths on Teapoy.Basement parking: Access to parking was blocked by other vehicles and one needs to wait long till it gets cleared to pull out your car or to park your car

Was very dirty

The gave away the room tat I booked to some9ne else, eevnthough I made a confirmation via credit card... they said take the replacement room, or u can just leave... very rude

Room was spacious and had 2 large beds and 1 single bed.

There was no room service. The management wanted us to move to another room, as the room we have booked was supposed to be for 5 persons, but we were only 4. Cleaning was not done inspite of asking to clean. No enough parking, I parked my vehicle in the road only.

Decent property close to the temple

No good South Indian vegetarian restaurant near by. The restaurant next door couldn’t serve food in the evening.

Sri Maharaja Residency Hotel offered a decent stay with friendly and helpful staff. The only minor drawback was that the room was too smaller than expected.The hotel boasts an excellent restaurant, which was a definite plus. Its central location in the city made it easily accessible to major shopping malls, providing convenient options for exploring and shopping.
