Location easy walking distance to the temples and short ride to Sriragam railway station. Rooms very clean with nice ammenities. Backside rooms look out to green which is nice considering the front entrance is direct opposite a traffic flyover. AC was very noisy but the fan made the room comfortable without the AC. Breakfast buffet excellent and restaurant serves good food for lunch and dinner.

Power seems to go off frequently for brief moments so best prepare cash if credit card machine does not work, but staff very helpful at desk. Not far away are ATM machines.

Location of the Hotel is very near to Thiruvanaikaval and SrirangamFood at Kannappa was excellent

1. Housekeeping needs to be improved, stayed there for 2 days but room wasn’t cleaned.2. Complementary Water Bottles and Towels weren’t replaced until a request was made3. Hotel is right next to a bridge, was able to hear vehicle noise 24*7. 4. With too many two wheelers parked outside Kannappa Restaurant, it was difficult especially to park car to load or unload luggage

The location is good. There is a Kanappa restaurant just beside it that serves delicious food. The rooms were clean. The housekeeping staffs were friendly and helpful.

The pillows were too thin.

Good sized rooms Comfortable beds. One of the big temples is just walkable.

There is no car parking even for offloading the luggage and it is on on way as street.

facilities to be improved. Location is near bridge so not convenient to park vehicles. Not a great idea to go in a car.

Room is very neat and clean, staffs are very polite as well helpful. Nice south Indian BF spread on morning and tasted well.

Car parking is the problem, they don't have enough space to park all cars in underground, if it is filled, we have to park at roads/streets, other than that it was a pleasant stay for me.

I had to call many times to the hotel before reaching there, no one was picking the call.

People who come for a pilgrimage tour might feel the discomfort of Non vegetarian smell from their restaurant and noise pollution from prayer calls of a near by mosque.

Didnt have hot water for a shower in the morning. Even after repeated complaints staff kept us waiting until the afternoon no hot water came.

Every thing was actually good...Except....through out night they were doing some Carpentry work above our floor of 203...and i couldn't sleep at all between 1230am and 330am.As we have to go to temple for dharshan at 500am...we were forced to go to temple without sleep...Rest all good only...Iam wondering how the management of a high profile hotel decided to do such a inhuman activity during full night...Very bad mentality...Actually no construction or repair work is allowed after 1000pm...Bad experience....We have to search for a alternate hotel next time???....

As said above ...not caring about the comfort of the customers

We like the service and facilities.

Bad smell outside the hotel area. Good smell in the room.There is nothing else to comment.
