I cannot say enough wonderful things about this hotel! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I knew I was in for something special. The staff treated me like royalty, the room was spotless and beautifully designed, and the bed was unbelievably comfortable. The hotel’s attention to detail is unmatched—everything from the lighting to the amenities felt thoughtful and premium. I’m already planning my next stay!

The location was convenient and the room was available for a late checkout after discussion. NOTHING MUCH

We were pressured to give a high rating in exchange for a late checkout, which felt extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional. The staff repeatedly called our room and even came in person to confirm that the review had been posted.Additionally, when we requested an extra blanket, we were given one that was clearly unhygienic and smelled of sweat. When we raised this issue, the explanation given was that a new staff member had taken it from dirty laundry. There was no proper apology or accountability. As a group of women travellers, this experience made us feel unsafe and disrespected.

Good hotel and friendly staff. The queue for lunch and dinner, was a long one, at the restaurant next door. Thanks to Maya Residency staff, we did not have to wait in sun. They took care of the process, calling us, only when the table was allotted. Got us a autoricshaw, to reach the station in time.

The room was spacious and clean. Family friendly and restaurant food is good. Neat clean service is good .Highly recommended

Location of the property was okay. The meal token for breakfast was acceptable but the taste was pretty average. The staff provided extra blanket when requested.

The room had a pungent smell and the property was not very clean. Mosquitoes in the room that ruined a good night sleep. The A/C controls were barely readable and it ended up being super cold.

I stayed at Maya Residency, Trichy (Chatram Bus Stand) for 3 days and had a wonderful experience. The location is excellent, very close to all nearby amenities, making it easy to travel to places like Thillai Nagar, Central Bus Stand, and other spots to meet friends, shop, or enjoy meals.The hotel atmosphere was fantastic — clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. My room was spacious, cozy, and perfect for a comfortable stay. The cleanliness throughout the property was outstanding, which made the stay truly worthwhile.The hotel staff and manager were extremely friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant experience. One of the highlights is the Sri Sangeetha Restaurant located right next to the hotel, where the complimentary breakfast is served. The food there is very tasty, adding even more value to the stay.Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my 3-day stay at Maya Residency and would highly recommend it for anyone visiting Trichy

The rooms were clean and well maintained and overall excellent service by the hotel staff.They were very helpful and what was outstanding was that the owner himself was ensuring customer was satisfied by the service rendered and made sure staff took care of everything required. Would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely visit again .Breakfast was included and Sangeethas was just next door. Location of the hotel was also very good close to Rockfort Temple and Our Lady of Lourds Church.Mr Ranga and Mr Jayaram at reception was very helpful

Compared to Marriott, this place was better located and cheaper. That's about it.

The place is old and dingy. The Ac and fan worked so we survived. Sheets appeared clean. Adequate hot water. For India that should count for something. But otherwise without windows and dim lighting my stay was for a temple visit and not something to repeat.Sangeeta restaurant downstairs has everything on the menu EXCEPT what you want. Coffee finished. Sweet finished. Pongal not now. Dosage in two hours. Very oily and greasy food.

Pleasant

The breakfast was arranged with a neighbouring restaurant and it's not in the hotel. The food is very limited and there is less choice. The staff aren't friendly. If you want, don't book the rooms with breakfast package
