Plaza Hotels Trichy

Close to railway station, was able to check in at 11pm.

Breakfast not up to par for the price

Location, A/C

Not soundproofed windows, mosquitoes, mold in the bathroom, smelly bedding, pillows and spots on the bed sheets.

Staff were polite -

But the service is always a bit late. Breakfast was not there even though I had opted for the breakfast includedI paid extra for the breakfast apart from the rent.

Located very close to bus station and just 1 km from railway station. Clean and hygienic rooms with lot of food options near by.

More amenities in the hotel and bathroom accessories

Breakfast was not part of the transaction. We paid extra and had the breakfast. It was very satisfactory. The localtion was excellent, the facility outstanding, the staff very courteous. Absolute value for money. I will recommend for everyone.

We went a little back and forth on the check out time. It was sorted out quickly. Since we had multiple travels, we did not realise that our booking rate did not include breakfast. They could have told us the time we checked in to help us plan even better. We were none the worse for it anyway.

Good location .Many restaurants near by.Staff were helpful

all ok

Nothing. Its was very bad

The air con, heater and cleanliness

Not clean, dirty bed and toilets not clean

City center point otherwise nothing is good

Rooms are clean and comfortable, bathroom also good and clean.

Not good

The treatment in the morning when I reached the hotel was not good. This is because..i reached the hotel at 6.30 am and they have allowed the room at 8 am .The person was not ready to provide a early check-in. We so in need to use the rest room and he was not bothered to provide a rest room. Also we had the TV with not working and tried calling them 10 times and no one responded.

Location: opposite (rather depressing) Central Bus Stand, 10min. walk to Train Station. Large, clean room with big window and real view, room cleaned daily. Big comfortable bed, plenty of good quality furniture, Free water, OK bathroom with toiletries, hot shower. A/C, TV with many! Channels including foreign in English. Bedside lamps. Lift in the building. Reception 24hr.

Aircon's Switch On/Off on the wall, no remote control. Slow check-in at night.

I like the location, and the rooms are clean and neat, its near the busstand but not to much noise Sure I prefer for my next trip

location wise good.

bathroom is not clean, A/c flow was not proper.

Prime location in Trichy. Very close to junction, shops, and restaurants.

Difficult for parking space.

Needed a Tooth Brush, paste, shaving blade and moisturiser.. Ñeeded a kitchen throughout the day..

TV remote was old and useless. Few of the service staff (Not in the desk) need to be polite. They behaved as if they were doing a mercy to me when I wanted few things from them.

Bedsheets had stain and could not sleep cause legs were constantly bitten by bed bugs

Bed and cleanliness

No breakfast was available as there was no attached restaurant. They promised to deliver food from an eatery nearby, an expensive proposition.

Quality of beds.Water did not heat even after several minutes for bath.No milk powder was provided with coffee/ tea.Not value for money

The fact that they're not making excuse or Make any fuss about our check in

They charged way more than what was supposed to be paid according to booking.com.
