Location is ok, close to highway

The exhaust fans in bathrooms didn’t work and the staff simply said they cannot fix it. There were cockroach found inside the Club room! The mini fridge inside room didn’t work and had to follow-up to get that changed finally. Overall very poor facilities for the money they charge in a place like Karur !! Given a choice - pl avoid this hotel !!

The management needs an external expert evaluation to improve in tune with its nice location.

Seems to be an old property, trying to maintain cleanliness.But this has a limit. The room was stinking a bit. The food quality seems to be compromised.They don't know how to prepare roti ie chapati. In the morning the sambhar appeared as if it was prospered from daal of last night.This does not mean everything is bad. Things would improve through some effort.

Centrally located. A charming cowboy themed bar. Room was clean. Staff was accommodating for a late check-out.

There was no iron provided in the room, though laundry service is available. Some pre-planning is required to avoid wrinkly shirts.

Did not like the restaurant food that much. Could have been better, considering we had ordered south indian food. It was just average.

The room ac not working. The toilets are stinky. The mattress is old and out of shape. The towels are old and appear dull. The keys to the room are old and not working at least once. This is a crap hotel and not worth the price. The breakfast was very ordinary.

The restaurant offers a delicious breakfast buffet and an array of dosa, milkshakes and South Indian varieties. The hotel is clean with friendly staff and quick services. It has parking, spa, and bar options. I definitely recommend this place.

It was really nice, smooth, comfortable stay. Staffs are all professional and friendly, I could see that they are observing well and helping when guests needed their help most. It's not laxurious hotel but well-designed, clean, and the rooms are just as photos show. The bed was really comfortable, and breakfast buffet had many food/salad/fruit/drink choices..!

The room door and wall are slightly thin I think so that you could hear the people's talk on corridor but not too much. At night it was quiet.

Reception attitude and non co operation of staff to handle checkout luggage.

Restaurant was good. Location easily accessible. The rooms are ok. Bathrooms didn’t have hot water. They can be maintained with much more cleanliness. A disappointing experience.

The staff, (especially Mr. Tyagu at the front desk) are very welcoming, friendly, helpful, and responsive.

Top notch in all respects, Very quick check in and check out. Rooms are clean, well appointed. Staff very courteous.Use of technology is very good.
