The only thing was the towel. The towels were not cleaned, fluffed and dried properly. They were clumped up and had a slight odor. Please throw away the towels and get new ones. The towels are ruining the experience at your nice hotel.

Close to all proximity like bus stand and train station. The front office manager is nice and very helpful. The staffs are willing to help and the BF was good with many choice and with health food in the morning.

No.It helped my stay and able to fulfill my purpose of my visit.

Nice setup in hotel. Looks nice. Their breakfast and dinner area management is fantastic. Always ready to offer great service. The food is also excellent.

Staff didn’t know how to use card machine for international cards. They had cards machines available but only one used international card. When my card kept declining they thought I couldn’t pay and became a bit funny. After a debating for over an hour and waiting for them to sort there issues out, they finally found the right card machine which was used. I ask them to now mark that card machine for international card users so the next person doesn’t need to experience that difficulty as I did.

Complimentary Breakfast was good, decent paid food and room services.

Stayed in a medium-sized room with one king-size bed and an extra bed for 3 adults. The cost was Rs. 14,500 for 2 days including tax, which felt overpriced for what was offered. Not worth the money. Wouldn't recommend it for families planning to stay together in the same room. However, the complimentary breakfast was good, and the food from the restaurant and room service was decent

The staff are excellent especially those in the restaurant area. Breakfast is very good. Didn’t opt for the buffet dinner but chose from the menu. Tasty but took over an hour to arrive. Location is close to the bus station so lots of activity around that area. Auto rickshaw is R150 from the train station.

The restaurant doesn’t open till 7:30 in the evening so dinner is a little late for some. The wifi is a little annoying as you are constantly required to log in and out and they only 2 devices to connect on the one access code.

amazing breakfast at Thendral, great menu, and live counters for dosa. I have been coming here with my families and relatives for 10-12 years and very convenient to visit temples in and around Trichy. Also, another amazing value-added service offered by the hotel is they have excellent drivers and cars on rental who are well versed with all places in and around Trichy and payment can be made on the hotel bill directly. !!!

Posted Room tariff rate for similar room was almost 27% cheaper than what we paid through Booking.com. See the picture This doesn’t bode well booking through booking.com Wifi was terrible. Staff was not helpful in getting it better.

Thee location is perfect - at the heart of Trichy! The staff are very courteous and knowledgeable. The duty manager Mr.Jagadeesh was very helpful in suggesting options for my later night check out.The hotel has multiple restaurant catering to all tastes - the buffet breakfast at the roof top with live dosa and egg station is a joy to start your day. All the staff were very kind and helped us with our orders diligently.The rooms are clean and the house keeping staff are readily accessible for last minute assistance with shaving kit or extra pillows.I used the car from the front desk for local travel on both days i stayed - taken care by Shankar who is so friendly and knows Trichy to be a professional historian and guide.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Trichy. Excellence service. Helpful staffs, Amazing food (try the schezwan fried rice, its authentic!)

The breakfast spread was awesome. The staff were friendly and nice to deal with. The location was ideal too.

Extremely noisy rooms. Plenty of dogs barking in the middle of the night. One of the rooms was under construction while guests are staying on the same floor and they make a lot of noise and was annoying. One whole night, we could not get a wink of sleep because one of the rooms on the floor kept beeping non-stop all night and nobody came to fix it despite calling reception three times. The doors are fitted with an automatic lock and when the door doesnt shut properly, it beeps and one door on the floor kept beeping all night. And a man came and knocked my colleague's door at 11:00pm when he was sleeping to take the food plates. That's not acceptable.
