Facility was old. The room did not have modern amenities even to charge phone. Coffee was not available at an early time.

For the price breakfast should have more spread

Bathroom is not cleaned they didn't even provide towels food menu is big but didn't give proper food except meals

Breakfast was good.Place also have multiple shops and restaurants access nearby.

That one male receptionist. His behaviour makes very uncomfortable. He have to get training to practice how to behave with guests. Otherwise everything is ok.

Value for money. Staff were kind.

May be they should add land mark in their address as local auto driver don't know the place. There is famous restaurant near by. For senior citizens they should provide plastic stool in the bathroom. Door locks have to be changed or oiled. Every day linen have to be changed.

Timing of Breakfast not good. They are providing Breakfast from 8 AM instead of 7 AM. Even after several request for early delivery in a packed food they have not accepted. They are reluctant to give Complimentary Coffee or juice around 7.30 AM instead of 8 AM . Very poor service I have taken 3 AC Rooms for members . All the Rooms AC and TV not working Room Service also very very bad Location of the Property distant from Railway and Ranganatha Swamy temple Not convenient for Leisure Travelers

Location is ok and breakfast is also fine.

Cofee cattle with tea coffee sugar milk sachets must be kept. But not found.

Old hotel. Maintenance is not there. No geyser. Ac not working.

They charge for complimentary water bottle too

Rooms not cleaned at all and bed was with lot of dust and hairs of previous guest.Not hot water and reason given is faulty motor but will ready next day but of our 4 nights stay the same reason given until check out and still water heater not functioning

Everything except fro the restaurant. The guy who sits at reception during day time looks so arrogant and shows unpleasant attitude.The next door room have group of guys who made hell of noises all nights with loud sounds until next day morning. Informed hotels staff but still no proper action. Rooms floors are dusty and bed sheets are not cleaned as well found baby cockroaches. No sound proof for rooms and feel not safe if you travel with young kids and elderly person.

Parking very congested and uncomfortable. Drinking water not sufficiently replaced. Towels not replaced automatically.

The entire stay was good. Humble and very supportive staff. Although I didn't know the Tamil language, the staff supported me in all ways possible! Room service was also good. Delighted! Happy ?

There is smoke smell in all rooms, even though it is written that smoking is not allowed, yet people smoke and rooms and bathroom stinks

It was a Pleasant stay. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Hotel was located in main city and plenty of hotels around.

First of all,service is too bad.hotel staffs are behaving like something very badly. Also they are not providing anything like bath towel tea glass etc even i asked them. I think the reason is i went to the hotel and asked for price, then the rate was 2570+tax. So i did book the room by booking. Com while the price was 1700+tax. I think that's why they were showing the revenge...

Convenient to have breakfast buffet.

Although it was stated the hotel accepts card, they weren’t set up for international, so we were caught short of cash. When we checked into the room, the bed linens weren’t clean.
