Wasn’t a resort type hotel

Clean and good amenities.Restaurant.

Every hotel in India doesn't make the shower area separate. Water wets the whole bathroom. They sho either keep sqeezies or make the glass door .

overall a good facility in the heart of the city.. Value for money and Meera at the front office was fairly knowledgeable and great service orientation

Size of the rooms could be better

We had a pleasant stay at the property! The two bedroom apartment that we had booked was great. Breakfast at Mishwar restaurant was nice. All the staff were very friendly and attentive. Location of this hotel is a plus.

Nice Hotel located on the main commercial street, was renovated recently.Good choice to rent a room in town.

The bathroom needs some care, the shower water is leaking out to the rest of the bathroom. Need to replace the Towels (old)

Spacious and clean living space. Large TV and aircon in every room and living room. Theres a washing machine too. Wooden flooring was a nice touch. Hot shower with good water pressure. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Kind lady at the restaurant who would get your coffee or thosai fixed. Staff were all very helpful and smiled.

Too many mosquitos flying around at every level and even in the lift. The lift has got to be upgraded (bigger/faster).

I loved the options for breeakfast, especially since i dont live in INdia, but love Indian food.

No shower cap or hairdryer provided with the room; but seriously not a big issue since i asked for the hair dryer and the staff brought me one

Car parking. Fixtures in bathroom are flimsy. Not much hot water through shower head. Very dark rooms.

The apartment was very spacious, clean and within the city. By seeing guests upload photos, I was worried about the bathroom, but to my surprise it was very clean and well maintained. If you are going as a family please opt for the apartment type, you will get 2 bedrooms and one hall with an open kitchen. You will also have a fridge, washing machine and cutleries.

The price seemed a little high, but for a single day it's ok.

Clean rooms. Had to ask for towels. Peaceful. Family friendly. Good restaurant with very good breakfast (dosa, idly, etc) I had booked for one day only but I extended the stay for one more day. Parking space is a bit congested (I had a Tata nexon) bigger cars might have difficulty.

Loud noise (band) outside at around 3 - 4 am on the roads could be heard in the room. Waking us up.

There is a need for some improvement in the choice of food. Breakfast was nice.

Decent stay. Breakfast was ok. Front desk staff, Meera was helpful, and we were also happy with the staffs working at restaurant during breakfast buffet. Location is good too.

We requested a late check-out and agreed to pay for the additional hours beyond the designated check-out time. Before finalizing the extension, we informed one of the front desk staff that our flight was scheduled for 7:45 PM, and we needed a late check-out because we were traveling with kids, making an early check-out difficult. The staff initially suggested extending until 8 PM and charging almost the same rate as a full night's stay. Despite explaining that we wouldn't need the room that late considering our flight time, the staff insisted on the 8 PM extension. I was surprised by this suggestion, given that the staff knew my flight time and should have understood that I needed to be at the airport a few hours earlier.Eventually, we agreed to extend until 3 PM, but the specified amount still seemed expensive. Having stayed in multiple hotels in South India, I knew the extension fee was higher than usual. I was willing to pay but wanted to negotiate first. The front desk staff were unwilling to negotiate, but thankfully, Ms. Meera (another front desk staff) agreed to check with the manager, who then reduced the fee. Even if the manager hadn't agreed, I would have paid the amount, but I simply asked for some consideration. I don't understand why it was so difficult for the staff to check with the manager initially.Additionally, for the amount we paid for the stay, I expected a much cleaner room and bathroom/toilet, but it was quite disappointing.Upon check-in, we were informed that the hotel provides three complimentary water bottles, in addition to those already in the room, upon request. The next day, we requested the water bottles several times and were told they would be sent immediately, but nothing arrived.

Clean and decent food

Parking slightly congested and no stay for drivers overnight, so we have to shell out for their stay too
