1. I like the ambience there.2. Overall, all the staff are very polite, helpful and friendly. (Front desk, restaurant)3. The breakfast was good. Even the restaurant food was nice. 4. The room was clean and big.

1. I feel the bed needs to be replaced . 2.Some of the things in the room look old and can be replaced .

Clean and big rooms. It’s very close to the Jagath tourist spot

The clean environment, location accessibility was very easy, friendly staffs, packed with good amenities.

Spa is at the same floor. There is also 2-storey shopping mall which is convenient.

The upkeep of the room, it needed upgrading.

Torn worn out furniture, Rusted Wash basin faucet, Rusted bathroom mirror, creaky chair you wouldn't risk sitting on, worn out and stained flooring

Not worth the 5k we spent for a night though we were busy throughout the day and only used the hotel to spend the night. Breakfast was terrible.

No dedicated parking slot for the hotel. It is merged with shoping complex. Hence environment is not good. No good arrangement for driver. They are asking additional money

Room. Was not clean. There were cockroaches in the room.

Room was super comfortable and staff were very helpful and polite. Breakfast had lot of options and taste wise it was good.Hotel also had bar and restaurant Plus a super market at ground floor which makes everything accessible

It’s centre of city

It wasn’t clean what I expected when I booking time it’s showing availability for double bed. After I went to the reception they said they have only available 2 single beds in double room. It was too late time so we didn’t have any other choice.

Staff were very responsive. Food could have been better. I ordered mushrooms soup. They used dry mushrooms. Good thing was they had whole wheat bread. They gave a generous helping of toast - 4 pieces. But did not serve butter with these! Lemon juice was excellent on day 1 not so good on day 2.

Big and clean room. Very clean bathroom with great hot shower. Comfy bed. Nice staff, was always there to help. Elevator to the 4th floor of the hotel. Good but expensive restaurant. Card payment possible. We were very satisfied!

The hotel is further away from the train station as expected (1.8 km walking/driving, the written 500-1000m might be air line distance). The Rickshaws always drive to the train station for at least 80 to 100INR.

Located in a non congested area. Rooms are big. Very friendly staff.

Rooms definitely need a makeover. Bed linen, towels could be more clean. Breakfast has limited options.

The staff and service was excellent. Mainly the person who welcomed on the 1st day made our stay much more comfortable

Nothing specific, since there was a party on Saturday night, there were few dishes which weren't available

Comfy room and bed. Good Air Conditioning and shower was piping hot if needed. Tasty burgers at the shop below hotel. Very easy to get to airport.

Table not set up. No knife to spread butter… just a spoon given with omelette and toast. Staff need training in this area.

The noise of breakfast utensils was disturbing to my room. I changed another room but could help.Virtually all the rooms have same problem.
